WTF: Department of Justice Has Arrested No ANTIFA Terrorists Over Nationwide Rioting

The Justice Department (DOJ) has not hit a single ANTIFA member with charges related to left-wing riots that started in Minneapolis, Minn. and then spread across the nation, an analysis by NPR has discovered.
Of the 51 cases filed by the DOJ regarding the riots, there is nothing mentioned about any involvement with ANTIFA in any court documents. Thus far, 20 people have been hit with arson-related charges, there are 16 cases involve illegal firearms possession, and eight other individuals have charges relating to inciting a riot and civil disturbance.
Although ANTIFA has not been brought to justice, individuals on the Right have been punished harshly in the aftermath of the riots. Three right-wing Nevada men supposedly of the meme-based “Boogaloo” movement were taken in and charged for allegedly plotting violence at Las Vegas protests, even though it does not seem that they engaged in any actual violence.
Attorney General Bill Barr claims that the Justice Department is looking into ANTIFA, and punishing the domestic terror group remains a high priority.
“We have some investigations underway, very focused investigations on certain individuals that relate to ANTIFA,” Barr said during an interview Fox News host Bret Baier.
“But in the initial phase of identifying people and arresting them, they were arrested for crimes that don’t require us to identify a particular group or don’t necessitate that,” he added.
Barr rightly assigned blame on ANTIFA shortly after the nationwide protests grew into riots defined by looting and senseless destruction. ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter are known for having similar violent left-wing displays across the country.
“It is time to stop watching the violence and to confront and stop it. The continued violence and destruction of property endangers the lives and livelihoods of others, and interferes with the rights of peaceful protesters, as well as all other citizens,” Attorney General Bill Barr said in a statement about the left-wing violence.
“It also undercuts the urgent work that needs to be done – through constructive engagement between affected communities and law enforcement leaders – to address legitimate grievances. Preventing reconciliation and driving us apart is the goal of these radical groups, and we cannot let them succeed,” he continued.

While the lip service is a decent start, the Trump Administration needs to get serious about making examples of ANTIFA terrorists. The terror leaders must be prosecuted, and funding sources choked off to restore law and order.
