Court Signs Off on Racist Ralph Northam’s Revocation of 2nd Amendment at the State Capitol

By Shane Trejo

Virginia Governor Blackface Northam is bragging to the public after a court upheld his edict to revoke the 2nd Amendment and declare a state of an emergency heading into next week’s showdown with law-abiding gun owners at the Capitol.

The Richmond Circuit Court upheld Northam’s blatantly unconstitutional Executive Order Forty-Nine that bans the possession of all weapons at the Capitol from 5:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2020 until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.

Northam gloated in his official statement following the ruling:

This is the right decision. I took this action to protect Virginians from credible threats of violence. These threats are real—as evidenced by reports of neo-Nazis arrested this morning after discussing plans to head to Richmond with firearms.

I’m grateful to the Circuit Court for recognizing the seriousness of these threats, and for upholding this reasonable, legal action to protect all Virginians, including demonstrators and policymakers. I will continue to do everything in my power to keep Virginians safe.

Coonman is referencing charges that were filed earlier today against alleged event attendees. The Department of Justice called these individuals neo-Nazis and white supremacists without providing any evidence to the public, and hit them with charges pertaining to illegal weapons and smuggling an individual across the Canadian border at an opportune time to demonize the gun rights movement.

Big League Politics reported on that story earlier today:

Shortly after Virginia Governor Blackface Northam announced a state of emergency and issued an edict rendering the 2nd Amendment null and void, federal agents have arrested so-called extremists in the lead up to next week’s showdown at the Capitol.

The FBI Baltimore Field Office has confirmed the arrests of Brian Mark Lemley, Jr., 33, William Garfield Bilbrough IV, 19, and Patrik Jordan Mathews, 27. The feds claim that the men are apart of “The Base,” and were planning to attend next week’s rally in Richmond, VA before their apprehension.

According to a press release from the Department of Justice, they are being charged with various illegal firearms violations and “transporting and harboring aliens and conspiring to do so.”

The FBI alleges that the men talked about racist and white nationalist topics in their encrypted chat room, but provided no transcripts in their press release. Lemley had previously served in the U.S. army as a Cavalry Scout while Mathews served in the Canadian Army Reserve as a combat engineer.

They are claiming that Mathews was illegally trafficked into the country by Lemley and Bilbrough across the Manitoba/Minnesota border. While the feds do virtually nothing to apprehend criminal illegal aliens on the southern border, this is what they are instead focusing their resources upon.

The tyrants are coordinating at the state, federal and local levels to set the stage that law-abiding 2nd Amendment supporters are a violent, terrorist threat heading into next week’s rally in Virginia. The gun rights rally, which may be one for the history books, is scheduled to take place at the Capitol in Richmond, VA on Monday, Jan. 20.
