Rep. Dan “Eyepatch McCain” Crenshaw (R-TX) is mocking Republican leaders such as Reps. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) who are calling to defund the FBI.
The FBI (as well as the entire federal alphabet soup deep state apparatus) has become hated on the Right because of their unlawful and unconstitutional conspiring against President Trump – from framing him as a Russian asset to justify their spying operation against him to the latest raid on his Mar-a-Lago compound in Florida.
Deep State Dan thinks this isn’t much of a cause of concern, and Republicans should keep supporting the FBI despite the agency acting like a domestic Stasi.
“I’m impressed Democrats finally got us to say, ‘Defund the FBI,'” Crenshaw said to liberal reporters at Axios. “That makes you look unserious, when you start talking like that.”
Big League Politics has reported on America First Republicans going on the offensive against the deep state and the Biden administration following the FBI raid of Trump:
“Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is going to introduce articles of impeachment against Attorney General Merrick Garland following the raid of President Donald Trump’s home.
“Impeaching Merrick Brian Garland, Attorney General of the United States, for endangering, compromising, and undermining the justice system of the United States by facilitating the persecution of President Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s political rival, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States,” Greene’s resolution reads.
Garland confirmed on Thursday that he signed off on the raid of Trump’s home, and it was his direct handiwork. He told reporters that he “personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter,” adding that the Department of Justice “does not take such a decision lightly.”
“In his conduct as Attorney General of the United States, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of the Attorney General of the United States, and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend, the Constitution of the United States, Merrick Brian Garland continues to materially endanger the justice system of the United States and empower President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., to persecute his political adversaries at will,” Greene’s resolution reads.
The articles of impeachment claim that Garland’s “personal approval to seek a search warrant for the raid on the home of the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, constitutes a blatant attempt to persecute a political opponent.”‘
Crenshaw is once again showing he is a Bush-era Republican who is in the back pocket of the intelligence community and security state. He is the worst RINO in the GOP at the present time.
