In perhaps the most viral clip of the day, Live Action’s Lila Rose went on Dr. Phil where she defended the pro-life position against an angry pro-abortion activist.
Discussing abortion, Rose argued for the protection of life. Using well-articulated arguments and well sourced research to make her points.
Her opponent on the other hand, retorted to emotion based arguments. And even claimed that poor people are more vulnerable than babies in the womb.
“Laws are meant to protect the weak. Who is the weakest in our society? A child.” Rose said.
“Whether you live 10 minutes, 10 years, or 100 years, you’re a human and have the right to not be killed,” she continued.
Almost instantly, the debate went to where leftists love to go – the rape case. Even though less than 1% of abortions are a result of it.
The angry pro-abortionist said Rose lacked empathy, but the Live Action founder stood firm. Arguing that protecting life was actually more compassionate than justifying abortion in some cases.
“Abortion is devastating to a woman’s mental health, no one talks about that. The year after a woman has an abortion —” Rose said before being cut off.
“You know what’s really [unintelligible] rape, a woman to have a child, what kind of trauma is that?” the pro-abortionist interjected.
“The trauma is from the rape. The trauma is from the rape. The child’s the innocent party there — ” Rose defended.
“The child is not born yet, it’s not ‘there,'” the pro-abortionist blurted.
Even Dr. Phil seemingly sided with the pro-abortionist during this exchange, falsely claiming that “there is no consensus amongst the scientific community that life begins at conception.”
“That’s simply inaccurate.” Rose stated. “96% of biologists affirm this fact.”

Conservatives are applauding Rose for how she carried herself throughout the whole show. She visibly lead her arguments with compassion and empathy while being shouted at by an incoherent audience member.
Moreover, Rose used well documented and cited science to give basis to her arguments. Which has many people online questioning Dr. Phil as a host for his handling of the whole exchange between both positions.
Only one person came to the table prepared with logic and reason. That was Lila Rose. It’s quite obvious even if you watch the above clips on mute.
