A Louisville police officer is suing Kenneth Walker, the drug-slangin’ gangster who had dated deceased thug Breonna Taylor, over emotional distress and assault and battery.
Louisville Sergeant Jonathan Mattingly has filed a civil suit against the 26-year-old Walker. Mattingly alleges that he has experienced “severe trauma, mental anguish, and emotional distress” as a direct result of Walker’s actions on March 13.
“Walker’s conduct in shooting Mattingly is outrageous, intolerable, and offends all accepted standards of decency and morality,” the lawsuit states. Mattingly was reportedly shot by Walker during a raid after cops suspected he and Taylor were dealing drugs.
Walker’s attorney Steve Romines said that the lawsuit is a “baseless attempt to further victimize and harass Kenny.” He is apparently attempting to call Walker by the name of “Kenny” in order to humanize the man who fired at cops.
“Kenny Walker is protected by law under KRS 503.085 and is immune from both criminal prosecution and civil liability as he was acting in self defense in his own home,” Romines said in a statement, according to CBS News.
“Even the most basic understanding of Kentucky’s ‘Stand Your Ground’ law and the ‘Castle Doctrine’ evidences this fact. One would think that breaking into the apartment, executing his girlfriend and framing him for a crime in an effort to cover up her murder would be enough for them,” he added. “Yet this baseless attempt to further victimize and harass Kenny indicates otherwise.”
Mattingly’s attorney Kent Wicker does not believe that Walker should escape justice for allegedly firing at his client and causing him great injury.
“Mattingly was shot and nearly killed by Kenneth Walker. He’s entitled to, and should, use the legal process to seek a remedy for the injury that Walker has caused him,” Wicker said.
Walker’s girlfriend, Breonna Taylor, has been made into a martyr by the Black Lives Matter movement. Left-wing leaders circulated false information to lionize Taylor and her boyfriend after the fatal police encounter before the real facts of the case were known.
Big League Politics corrected the record to show that Taylor was a drug-dealing, gun-brandishing thug with no respect for law and order:
Deceased black woman Breonna Taylor, the alleged victim of a police shooting, has been shown in new photographic evidence to be a drug-dealing, gun-brandishing thug.
In one particularly revealing photo, Taylor can be seen with her boyfriend Kenneth Walker holding guns in a particularly menacing fashion. The caption at the top reads, “How he coming behind me” with a devil emoji, indicating that they were ready to go out in a blaze of glory at a moment’s notice, with the caption at the bottom reads, “Partners in Crime.” The BLM terror movement made up a bunch of lies about the situation in order to activate the savages to rape and pillage on behalf of their latest felon martyr.
Other revelations from the treasure trove of evidence released by the Louisville Metro Police Department include Taylor’s extensive drug dealing. Cops also “found numerous conversations about drug trafficking” with regards to her boyfriend Walker, and he was apparently selling pills to waitresses at a nearby Hooters restaurant. He was also selling large quantities of marijuana and sending messages indicating he was a veteran armed robber…
The U.S. is now ruled by the mob, who will wage war on cities anytime a black crack dealer, armed robber, rapist or drug addict dies during a police encounter. This is the United States of Somalia now, thanks to the well-funded globalist projects of diversity and multiculturalism.
Hopefully Mattingly will be awarded a large cash settlement by the courts, provided that Walker even has an income besides welfare and other government handouts.
