Machete-Wielding Iranian Arrested Near Mar-a-Lago Initially Came to America as a Refugee

By Shane Trejo

An Iranian national who was found with a machete, knives, an ax, and roughly $22,000 in cash in a gazebo outside of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida has been revealed as an individual who initially arrived in the U.S. as a refugee.

Masoud Yarieilzoleh, 38, was arrested on Jan. 10 by the Palm Beach Police Department, according to reporting from the Palm Beach Post. Police searched Yarieilzoleh, found the weapons, arrested him, and charged him with carrying a concealed weapon. He has since been set free and now roams the streets pending a court appearance next month.

Law enforcement sources have confirmed to Breitbart News that Yarieilzoleh came to the U.S. as a refugee in 2014. He received a green card from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) two years later, and this machete wielder then obtained permanent lawful residence in the U.S. from that point onward.

Former President Barack Hussein Obama allowed the resettlement of over 25,000 refugees from Iran into the U.S. even though the Islamic Republic has been listed as a sponsor of terrorism by the State Department since 1984. The refugee resettlement program is notoriously corrupt and determined largely by bribes rather than legitimate humanitarian considerations.

Nevertheless, governors in red states throughout the country are opening the doors for refugees. Participation in the refugee resettlement program is now voluntary following the enactment of executive order 13888 issued by President Trump, but that isn’t stopping these RINOs from opening up the flood gates anyway.

Big League Politics reported on how weak-kneed Republicans are rolling over and letting these potentially dangerous foreigners be resettled with taxpayer dollars into their states:

President Trump set the record straight on the issue of refugee resettlement back in October.

“As you know, for many years, leaders in Washington brought large numbers of refugees to your state from Somalia without considering the impact on schools and communities and taxpayers,” Trump said during a rally in Minneapolis on October 10. “You should be able to decide what is best for your own cities and for your own neighborhoods, and that’s what you have the right to do right now, and believe me, no other president would be doing that.”

Trump stayed true to his word and allowed states and counties to reject refugee resettlement. However, Republican governors are a different story.

Republican governors have sent letters to the State Department announcing their desire to resettle refugees in their respective states…

The following 15 GOP governors have hopped on board the mass migration bandwagon:

  • Kim Reynolds of Iowa
  • Doug Ducey of Arizona
  • Kevin Stitt of Oklahoma
  • Bill Lee of Tennessee
  • Doug Burgum of North Dakota
  • Kristi Noem of South Dakota
  • Chris Sununu of New Hampshire
  • Gary Herbert of Utah
  • Pete Ricketts of Nebraska
  • Jim Justice of West Virginia
  • Eric Holcomb of Indiana
  • Phil Scott of Vermont
  • Charlie Baker of Massachusetts
  • Mike DeWine of Ohio
  • Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas

President Trump has forced the hands of RINOs throughout the country, and the results have not been pretty. Only Texas Governor Greg Abbott has done the right thing and rejected refugee resettlement in the lone star state, with several more governors still waiting to make their final decision.
