Congresswoman-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is blowing the whistle about an alleged plot by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to block the upcoming electoral college certification objection on Jan. 6.
Greene blasted the scheme in a Twitter post on Wednesday:
This comes after news reports that McConnell is whipping Republican senators to convince them to shirk their patriotic duty and allow the voter fraud to be rubber-stamped.
According to a Politico report, “McConnell told his caucus that challenging the results would force Republicans to take a “terrible vote” because they would need to vote it down and appear against President Donald Trump.
McConnell is far from alone in his work to undermine the president’s efforts for accountability. Senate Majority Whip John Thune (R-SD) and Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) are also pushing for Republicans to let the vote steal slide.
However, the GOP establishment’s agitating against transparency has not been successful, as evidenced by an announcement from Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) that he will be challenging the electoral college results in the chamber.
“Following both the 2004 and 2016 elections, Democrats in Congress objected during the certification of electoral votes in order to raise concerns about election integrity,” Hawley explained in a statement.
“They were praised by Democratic leadership and the media when they did. And they were entitled to do so. But now those of us concerned about the integrity of this election are entitled to do the same,” he added.
Hawley is refusing to go along with the Big Lie that there was no serious and systemic election fraud that occurred in last month’s presidential election. He hopes that other lawmakers will join him in opposing this farce.
“I cannot vote to certify the electoral college results on January 6 without raising the fact that some states, particularly Pennsylvania, failed to follow their own state election laws. And I cannot vote to certify without pointing out the unprecedented effort of mega corporations, including Facebook and Twitter, to interfere in this election, in support of Joe Biden,” Hawley said.
“At the very least, I will follow the same practice Democrat members of Congress have in years past and object during the certification process on January 6 to raise these critical issues,” he added.

McConnell and the GOP establishment gang are losing control over the Republican Party. It belongs to President Trump now.
