Tucker Carlson Invites Lindsey Graham on His Show to Atone for His Decades of Lies about Afghanistan War Effort

By Shane Trejo

Fox News host Tucker Carlson slammed Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) for the neoconservative lawmaker’s dishonesty about the Afghanistan war effort for years.

“Kabul fell in a day. The President in Afghanistan, the college professor, got on a plane with the cash and left, and most of us were really surprised by this because for 20 years, the foreign policy establishment and its many lickspittles in Congress have assured us that everything was fine. We’re building democracy. We’re doing a great job. That’s what our trillions were buying,” Carlson said on his eponymous show Tuesday night.

“What do those people have to say now? What does Lindsey Graham have to say about that? At some point when we get a little time in the next week, we are going to put together a montage of Lindsey Graham talking about how great Afghanistan is for the last twenty years, and ask him, like: ‘Did you believe it when you said this?’ He’s always welcome on the show to explain. Maybe he’ll come,” he added.

The clip can be seen here:

Meanwhile, Graham appeared on partisan hack Sean Hannity’s TV show blaming Biden on the foreign policy failures of the Bush-era Republican Party:

Big League Politics has reported on how globalist neocons refused to take the blame for the atrociously failed policies they have pushed incessantly on the American public for years with propaganda:

Certain Republican leaders, led by Rep. Dan “McCain 2.0” Crenshaw (R-TX), are calling for a re-invasion of Afghanistan because they are so angry with President-imposed Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal.

Crenshaw is saying that billions of more dollars need to be squandered and more troops need to die for no discernable reason in Afghanistan because he’s real angry…

Other Republicans echoed Crenshaw’s calls for more endless war in Afghanistan even after 20 years of fighting in Afghanistan only seemingly strengthened the Taliban’s power throughout the country.

“You are the commander in chief, sir; reverse course and fight for our people. This is likely to get worse, and weakness will accelerate the bloodshed,” said Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE).

“I’d put more military in there, I’d get every single American out and I’d start killing bad guys,” Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) said.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) says that he doesn’t care if many more troops were to die in a re-invasion of Afghanistan. It is a choice he would happily make so he could feel better about his own personal lack of masculinity…

Even though the Biden withdrawal was horribly botched, it was well-known within the Washington D.C. swamp that the Afghanistan war was a lost effort for many years. However, Pentagon brass deliberately lied to the public in order to protect their power and prestige, sending countless brave men and women to gruesome deaths so they could secure their well-paid positions with defense contractors.

The Afghanistan Papers showed the level of deception that came from the Pentagon to continue the war effort for years.“

Carlson is right to take Graham to the woodshed. More neocons need to be cut down to size before they empower more terrorists and do more damage to the U.S. with their grandiose schemes.
