Black Panther Party Hits The Campaign Trail In Georgia With Guns, Stacey Abrams Signs

By Patrick Howley

The Black Panther organization is mobilizing in Georgia ahead of Tuesday’s gubernatorial election, with Panther members holding Abrams signs and also military-grade firearms on the campaign trail.

The Panthers held an Armed Rally against voter suppression. Though the group maintains that they are independent, their promotion of Stacey Abrams signs is abundantly clear.

The group stated: “Panther – West End – Atlanta, Georgia – Armed Rally Against Voter Suppression. And relax, before you make any assumptions we are not working for & we did not plan this event with either campaign, and we have members with different political views both here in Atlanta as well as nationwide and even right here in this post. We did this on our own accord in response to the voter registration issue we’re still dealing with here in Georgia in 2018 (53 thousand registered voters voices won’t be heard this election).”

In one video below, the Panther members actually express their support for the Constitutional right to bear arms. (RELATED: Stacey Abrams Talks About Possibility of Gun Confiscation in Georgia).
