Fox News shocked its viewers last week after it aired a puff piece about gender transitions for children. The segment featured a child named Ryland Whittington who was socially transitioned as a boy at just age five by her parents.
In the now-viral clip, host Dana Perino introduces the story before pivoting to correspondent Bryan Llenas who commended the “courage” it took Ryland to share her story. The transgender child is shown with immense support from her parents, “particularly at a time when transgender issues have been politicized.”
The segment was part of Fox News’ “America Together: LGBTQ+ Pride Month” series. Which was introduced with gay pride flags with transgender and black lives matter stripes which make up the most progressive attributes of the symbol.
Conservatives, however, did not entertain the piece at all. Instead, they blasted Fox News for its contribution to the trans movement that is plaguing our nation and confusing young girls and boys. Dubbing the whole stunt “absolute, horrifying propaganda.”
On Tucker Carlson’s Monday night show, it became abundantly clear that the biggest primetime star is also not on board with the gender transitioning child narrative. He has long exposed the real dangers of the movement and has criticized the powers that be who are pushing this terrible ideology onto America’s youth.
Abigail Shrier, author of the best-selling book, “Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters,” joined Carlson Monday evening to discuss the “trans kids contagion.”
“It does nobody any help to lie about this, and the media has participated in non-stop whitewashing of this issue, as if all that happens to children — as long as they have good parents who love them — you just sprinkle magic pixie dust and they just go from girl to boy.” Shrier told Carlson.
“In fact, what you’re setting them up for is a lifetime of infertility, sexual dysfunction, and surgery after surgery, many of which fail,” the author continued. “And the last thing I’m going to do is lie to the American public about that.”
“Amen,” Carlson responded.
After that, the Fox News host showed a clip from his upcoming Tucker Carlson Originals documentary titled “Transgressive.” The film is expected to discuss the transgender contagion, including the aftermath for those who have transitioned which is rarely commented on by the mainstream media.
On Wednesday, Laura Ingraham showed that she too is not on board with the whole trans child narrative either. She ran a segment on “trans lies” where she called the recent push for gender transitions amongst the youth “child abuse.” Ingraham welcomed guest Scott Newgent, a biologically female transgender man who emotionally spoke out against gender transitions in Matt Walsh’s latest film, to add to the conversation.
