Democrat Donor Ed Buck Finally Arrested After Third Overdose in His Hollywood Apartment

Prominent Democrat Party donor Ed Buck, who gained infamy after two men suffered overdose deaths in his home, is finally in custody after a third man overdosed on drugs in his lavish West Hollywood apartment.

Gemmel Moore, 26, and Timothy Dean, 55, were found both dead in Buck’s apartment in less than two years time. The deaths of these homosexual African-American men sparked outrage and protests, but they did not result in the apprehension of Buck until a third victim was found in his home.

The office of District Attorney Jackie Lacey has announced that Buck is being charged with operating a drug house and providing methamphetamine to the 37-year-old man who overdosed last week. Buck faces three felony counts as a result of his alleged crimes.

Police believe that Buck injected meth into the individual, and the man suffered an overdose as a result but ultimately survived. Prosecutors hope to set his bail at $4 million. If Buck is convicted on all charges, Buck could be incarcerated for up to five years and eight months in California state prison.

Big League Politics reported about Buck’s alleged involvement in a human trafficking operation back in July:

Ed Buck, a donor to Hillary Clinton and other Democrats, is now formally accused of human trafficking by the mother of a dead black man.

CBS News reports: “Prominent political activist Ed Buck is facing new legal troubles as the mother of a man who died in his home has filed an amended civil suit accusing Buck of human trafficking and engaging in revenge porn, CBS Los Angeles reports…

“Information we received from other victims of Ed Buck that Ed Buck loves to take pictures of these young men, loves to take videos of them in their inebriated state,” Cannick said.

“Gemmel Moore at the time was 26 years old and Ed Buck flew him here from Texas,” Cannick said. “And within 24 hours, he died of a crystal meth overdose.”

Buck has funded a host of influential Democratic politicians throughout his life including former California governor Jerry Brown, failed presidential candidate Hillary R. Clinton, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA), Rep. Jacky Rosen (D-NV), and Democratic Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

While his influence-peddling scheme within the Democratic Party may have shielded him from justice for a long time, it appears that Buck’s depraved LGBT exploits are finally catching up to him.
