41% of Illegal Alien Group Biden Regime Released Into US Interior Were No Shows

According to a report by Ryan Morgan of NTD News, the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) has still not issued court summons for roughly 82% of the illegal aliens it allowed to enter the US following a federal court’s order to stop the Biden regime’s immigration parole program.
Back in May, Judge T. Kent Wetherell II, a judge in Florida’s Northern federal court district, issued a temporary restraining order (TRO), which blocked the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from releasing non-citizens into the American interior via the Biden regime’s “Parole with Conditions” (PWC) policy. The PWC policy let illegal aliens be paroled into the US under the expectation that they get in touch with ICE authorities within 60 days and receive a Notice to Appear (NTA), which would kick off court proceedings for them to be kicked out off the US.
The Florida state government filed a lawsuit to impede the PWC policy, comparing it to an immigration “honor system” that doesn’t do enough to follow up with illegal aliens released into the American interior. Although Judge Wetherell issued a restraining order against the policy, DHS officials continued to release over 2,500 of these illegal aliens into the US. The Biden regime’s DHS justified this move on the grounds that these illegal aliens had already been processed into the PWC system prior to Judge Wetherell issuing his TRO.
In response to this release of illegal aliens, Judge Wetherell issued an order for ICE to supply statistics on how many people end up receiving their NTAs to kick off removal proceedings. Per court records (pdf) filed in response, ICE disclosed that a group of 2,572 illegal aliens was released after the issuance of the TRO, and that 1,065 (roughly 41.4%) of them never actually checked in with ICE authorities within 60 days to receive their court summons and kick off their removal proceedings.
Of the 1,507 illegal aliens who actually checked in with ICE authorities, the agency claimed it only issued NTAs for 464 individuals (nearly 18%). In sum, 2,108 (approximately 82%) of these immigration parolees are still waiting for their NTAs after 60 days or their locations are unknown.
There’s a clear agenda being pursued by the Biden regime to flood the country with as many illegal aliens as possible. Open Borders Inc. is pulling every trick from their magic hat to make this happen.
The goal here is to destroy the Historic American Nation via an irreversible demographic shift brought about by mass migration. The way we stop this is by electing immigration patriots who will pass measures such as an immigration moratorium, tougher border control, E-Verify, the abolition of birthright citizenship, etc. to ensure that the US is no longer a magnet for mass migration.
This policy path is the only way to preserve our great nation from the existential threat of demographic shift.
