61% of American Voters Believe Feds Incited January 6 Riot

American voters are overwhelmingly in favor of releasing all videos related to the events that took place on the January 6, 2021 riot at the United States Capitol. In addition, a majority of voters believe that government agents helped incite the riot.

According to a Rasmussen Reports survey,  80% of likely United States voters believe it is important that the American public be able to view all the videos of the January 6 storming of the Capitol, with 58% who believe it’s very important. Only 17% don’t believe it’s important for the public to be able to view all of the riot video footage.

86% of Republican voters, 78% of Democrat voters, and 75% of independent voters believe it’s important that the public be able to view all of the January 6 videos.

61% of voters believe it is likely that undercover government agents helped incite the storming of the Capitol, which includes 39% who believe it’s very likely. 30% don’t believe it’s likely undercover agents helped incite the riot, which includes 18% who say it is Not At All Likely.

70% of Republicans, in addition to 57% of both Democrats and independent voters believe it is at least somewhat likely that undercover government agents assisted in inciting the January 6 storming of the Capitol.

61% of white voters, 62% of black voters, and 64% of non-black minority voters believe it is at least somewhat likely that undercover government agents helped incite the Capitol riot.

57% of self-identified conservative voters indicated that it is “very likely” that undercover agents helped incite the riot, compared to 18% of moderates and 26% of liberals.

Indeed, there are a lot of questions to be answered here. Unfortunately, the political class will want to keep the happenings of January 6 under wraps. The DC establishment has to maintain the narrative that it was one of the worst terror attacks on American soil in order to justify a broad-based crackdown on the Right.
