94% of Jobs at S&P 100 Corporations Went to Non-Whites After Black Lives Matter Protests

In the aftermath of the Black Lives Matter protests of 2020, Corporate America embraced thoroughly anti-white hiring policies by hiring as many non-whites as possible in order to “correct” alleged injustices that have previously taken place throughout US history.

According to a report by Bloomberg, a year following the BLM protests, the S&P 100 added over 300,000 jobs, with 94% of these jobs going to non-whites.

Under the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations, companies with 100 or more workers must report their workforce demographics on an annual basis. Bloomberg acquired data from 2020 and 2021 for 88 S&P 100 companies and added up the total American job growth at those enterprises.

In total, these companies grew their US workforces by 323,094 people in 2021, the first year following the BLM protests.

The total job growth included 20,524 white workers. The remaining  302,570 jobs — or 94% of the employment increase — went to non-whites.

Generally speaking, non-whites have been underrepresented in the majority of American companies.

However, in 2021, Asians, Blacks, and Hispanics constituted the overwhelming majority of the additional workers — a trend that both governments and the private sector are trying to socially engineer as much as possible.

The biggest changes occurred in less-senior job categories. From 2020 to 2021, whites occupied fewer of those roles. By contrast, thousands of non-whites began taking these roles.

Furthermore, companies became more diverse with respect to their executives, managers, and professionals. Whites still occupy a large share of the leading executive, managerial, and professional roles. However, these roles held by non-whites grew by nearly 2% from 2020 to 2021.

Although the biggest changes in 2021 occurred in lower-paying jobs, such as sales workers and administrators, this trend also held steady in well-compensated and leading managerial and professional roles. Even with respect to the executive level, over half of the added jobs went to non-white workers.

Overall, this is part of a broader push by economic and cultural elites to displace white people in traditional roles across American society. The current ruling class is anti-white to the core. And it manifests its ethos through its public and corporate policies that privilege non-whites at white’s expense.

Naturally, once the competent individuals of European stock — aka those who built this country — are fully displaced, the country will fall into mass chaos. What’s at stake here is the continued existence of the Historic American Nation.

Once whites are fully pushed to the side, the America we came to know and love will disappear into the ether. What will emerge from its ashes will be a polity marked by dysfunction, mass poverty, and social disarray.

Let’s hope that the next generation leaders do everything possible to prevent such a civilizational nightmare.
