ACLU & Pro-Mass Migration Organizations Sue Texas Gov Over Law Letting State Police Arrest Illegal Aliens

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and several other organizations filed a lawsuit on December 19, 2023 standing against a bill signed into law a day before by Republican Governor Greg Abbott that would grant state officials the power to arrest migrant invaders who cross the border illegally.
On top of that, the law would also grant state courts the power to rule on such cases.
The Texas state government’s move was expected to evoke an immediate legal challenge due to how immigration law is generally perceived as the domain of the federal government.
“The bill overrides bedrock constitutional principles and flouts federal immigration law while harming Texans, in particular Brown and Black communities,” stated Adriana Piñon, legal director of the ACLU of Texas, per the Associated Press.
The law is projected to go in effect in March.
National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd congratulated Abbott for his border security measure.
“Border Patrol agents nationwide, not just in Texas, are grateful for Governor Abbott’s leadership and willingness to recognize that it is the rule of law that keeps all Americans safe,” Judd remarked
The ACLU and their ilk are all part of a broader network of leftist organizations that want to advance the Great Replacement and facilitate the “election of a new people” They don’t care about the Historic America Nation and its demographic core.
So any measure like the one Texas has enacted will be adamantly opposed by these ghouls. We’re dealing with people who hate America here and they must be humiliated and stopped at every step of this political fight.
