ACLU Wants to Eliminate Babies with Down Syndrome

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has filed a lawsuit against the state of Kentucky in an attempt to ensure the elimination of all babies born with Down syndrome.
The Kentucky state House passed H.B.5 in a 32-4 vote that would make aborting babies with Down syndrome illegal. According to the legislation the bill would, “prohibit an abortion if the pregnant woman is seeking the abortion, in whole or in part, because of an unborn child’s sex, race, color, national origin, or disability, except in the case of a medical emergency.”
But, the ACLU is totally against saving babies with Down syndrome. The group would prefer people with Down syndrome not be protected under our laws.
We will see the state of Kentucky in court (again) after they attempt to ban abortion (again) #HB5 #stopthebans #kyga19 https://t.co/dJGMYRBCpc

With only one abortion clinic remaining in Kentucky, the ALCU is actively working to keep abortion on demand available. ACLU attorney Brigitte Amiri Tweeted her support for the killing of Down syndrome kids.
Kentucky politicians are relentless in their attempts to eliminate abortion access. We represent the last remaining abortion clinic in the state and this will be our fourth lawsuit in 3 years to ensure the people can get the care they need. @ACLUofKY https://t.co/wvjFxCTgAy

Fortunately, the pro-life Governor Matt Bevin had a savage response to the ACLU’s threat.
Bring it!

Having a history of being very pro-life, Gov. Bevin has stated that he will sign the Down syndrome baby bill if it makes it to his desk.
If WE don't stand for life…who will?
Be bold…We must be vigilant in our efforts to protect the rights of our unborn children.
