Andrew Tate Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Social Media Trolls Accusing Him of Sex Trafficking

Andrew Tate is going on the offensive against internet trolls that have accused him of sex trafficking, filing a defamation suit against them.
Some of the defendants in the lawsuit include Murdered by Crayons, Lucy Brown, The Misfit Patriot and TheMilkBarTV. These accounts constantly hound Tate on X, posting propaganda against him, and supporting his incarceration by the deep state.
Now, they will have to go to court and potentially face civil penalties for their clout-seeking actions. Popular legal analyst Viva Frei believes that Tate might have a legitimate case.
“Accusing someone of being a sex trafficking pedophile / rapist in the absence of a criminal conviction is defamation per se,” Tate said while addressing the X account, Murdered by Crayons.
“I get to prove my statements, and the documents I shared are truthful and based on actual evidence directly retrieved from Tate’s own devices. That evidence exists, and I can present it in discovery if the case progresses that far. It demonstrates that I did not defame them and that the standard for actual malice cannot be met,” Murdered with Crayons said in response.
“Your actual malice is making factual statements in some tweets while simultaneously admitting they are only charges / allegations in others. I may be a “former” lawyer, but you would have been wise to follow my advice. You may still get out of this predicament. But better than a good defense is avoiding the problem in the first place. I hope the X clout was worth the headache you’ve walked yourself into,” Viva Frei stated to conclude the exchange.
The individuals listed in the lawsuit have called for Tate to be imprisoned, which would neutralize one of the most popular and influential advocates for right-wing viewpoints in the world. In recent weeks, the Ron DeSantis administration has even joined in the act, supporting brazen lawfare in Florida to get Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan behind bars by fishing for any crime to destroy the popular influencer duo.
“The reality is Florida is not a place where you are welcome with that type of conduct up in the air,” DeSantis said in reference to fabricated charges made against the Tates in the country of Romania, the same nation where democratic national elections were recently suspended. “I don’t know how it came to this. We were not involved. We were not notified. I found out through the media that this was something that was happening.”
“Last week, I directed my office to work with our law enforcement partners to conduct a preliminary inquiry into Andrew and Tristan Tate. Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I’ve directed the Office of Statewide Prosecution to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas in the now-active criminal investigation into the Tate brothers,” Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said.
The matrix and its agents are clearly on the hunt for Tate, but he will not take the oppression lying down. If he wins his lawsuit against these trolls, it will set a major precedent protecting the rights of those with the courage to oppose the globalist regime.
