The rioters are protected by the system.

A Baltimore law enforcement officer has been suspended for punching a woman as she attacked another cop in the riots on Friday night.

The unruly black woman started beating up a white cop after attempting to gently nudge her off of what appears to a cop car. The now-suspended black police officer punched her to stop the attack, which sent her to the ground.

“The officer has been removed from his assignment, and [is] on administrative duties until the outcome of that investigation,” said Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison, who is making it clear that the rioters have carte blanche to the destroy the town under his watch.

Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young, who lords over one of the worst crime-infested sh*thole cities in all of America, also issued a statement sympathizing with the rioting thug.

“I believe the first officer, who was struck multiple times by the woman, showed remarkable restraint by not retaliating as he was being assaulted,” Young said in a released statement. “The woman should have been placed under arrest and not assaulted. Our system of justice does not involve the concept of an ‘eye for an eye.’ ”

The Baltimore Police Department made a post on their Facebook page indicating that the Department’s Special Investigations Response Team unit is investigating the matter.

“The Deputy Commissioner for PIB has directed a full review and has suspended the officer’s police powers during the investigations,” they wrote.

“We have been informed that BPD immediately suspended the officer and referred the case to the State’s Attorney’s Office for investigation. The Monitoring Team will continue to watch this situation and remains as committed as ever to actively monitoring all situations like this,” the police department’s Consent Degree Monitoring Team wrote in a tweet.

Here are some other clips from the Baltimore demonstrations, which are still ongoing:

Rioters are realizing that cities like Baltimore will allow them to commit acts of violence with relative impunity. These images are a sign of things to come in diverse and multicultural America.

Greg Abbott Blasts Joe Biden for “Neanderthal Thinking” Remark, Says Illegal Immigrants are Exposing People in South Texas to COVID

The Biden presidency is a hot mess.

Texas governor Greg Abbott has blasted President Joe Biden for calling his lifting of statewide COVID-19 restrictions “Neanderthal thinking.”

Appearing on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” Thursday morning, Governor Abbott said that Biden’s “Neanderthal thinking” remark was “not the type of word that a president should be using.”

Abbott quickly added that Biden couldn’t have used that phrase “on a worse day” because of how he’s handling the illegal immigrants coming into Texas across the US-Mexico border—many of whom ostensibly have COVID and weren’t tested.

The day he used that word, his administration has been releasing in South Texas immigrants who came across the border that they refused to test that turned out—there were more than 100 of them who had COVID,” Abbott said. “My point is this: the Biden administration has been releasing immigrants in South Texas that have been exposing Texans to COVID. Some of those people have been put on buses, taking that COVID to other states in the United States. The Biden administration must stop importing COVID into our country. That is a Neanderthal type of approach to dealing with the COVID situation.”

Governor Abbott then defended his decision to end Texas’ statewide mask mandate and allow all businesses to operate at 100 percent capacity beginning Wednesday, March 10.

These changes that we’ve seen in Texas are not really that transformative. Maybe to people in New York it seems like this is a big difference. In Texas we went from 75 percent to 100 percent occupancy. On the mask requirement, before now there actually has not been any enforcement of the mask requirement […] We continue to make wearing a mask a suggestion and we urge all Texans to wear a mask when they’re out.”

Abbott added that Texas’ last spike occurred during Christmas and New Year’s, meaning that the increased transmission occurred because of widespread travel and indoor gatherings where people weren’t wearing masks, not because of restaurants and gyms and other businesses.

On Tuesday Mississippi governor Tate Reeves followed Texas’ lead and lifted their mask mandate and other statewide COVID-19 restrictions as well.
