Biden Regime Has Welfare Plan for 6 Million Border Crossers Surveilled By ICE

According to Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) paperwork, the immigration enforcement agency is monitoring 5.7 million illegal aliens, which is an increase from the 3.3 million under ICE’s watch prior to Biden becoming president. This ICE paperwork detailed the Biden regime’s slated “Release and Reporting Management” program that would supply free food, housing, and medical services to these illegal aliens.
The program would cost taxpayers billions of dollars and has been likened to welfare aid for illegal aliens, per a New York Post report.
Former ICE director Tom Homan said to the outlet that the program is an attempt to recruit vendors in ICE’s surveillance of migrants through ankle monitors, phone applications, and in-person checks.
“The RRM is just a push by the open border advocates to provide welfare benefits to 6 million people,” Homan stated.
“They’re going to give legal assistance to illegal aliens at the taxpayers’ expense to fight the government,” Homan noted that the joint services are a “massive giveaway that are going to cost billions of dollars.”
Per the RFI form, all RRM participants would receive “legal assistance; psychosocial services; therapeutic services; medical services; food and clothing banks; housing; public transportation information; parental information; education information; and repatriation and reintegration services.”
“These services are designed to increase participant compliance with immigration obligations through information, stabilization, and support. Services will be individualized to each participant’s needs and may range from basic referrals to intensive direct assistance,” the RFI form explains.
The RRM program is crafted to replace ICE’s present-day “non-detained programs” and would be applicable to the “non-detained docket” which is currently pegged at 5.7 million people.
Per The Post, the 5.7 million figure does not feature people detained in facilities waiting to be deported or in ICE detention for processing at the border.
To ascertain if US “vendors” would be interested in participating in the government-funded plan, ICE sent a Request for Information (RFI) form to them back in August.
Per the ICE Q&A form, the Biden regime is still planning this program out and still has not implemented RRM. That said, it plans to issue a “Request for Proposal” to suppliers in the fiscal year 2024.
According to ICE estimates for the fiscal year 2023, only 194,632 migrants are being tracked by GPS or other technology that forms part of the ATD program, suggesting that millions of migrants are free to travel the nation unnoticed, the outlet reported.
Throughout the Biden regime’s control of the country, US Customs and Border Protection had to deal with a record number of illegal aliens. Agency records pointed to the number of migrant encounters topping 2.76 million in the fiscal year 2022.
A Department of Homeland Security assessment revealed that the government already acknowledged losing track of 177,000 migrants after they were released into the country.
It has become abundantly clear that the Biden regime is more concerned with lining the fat pockets of businessmen addicted to cheap labor and advancing the anti-white Great Replacement agenda than protecting the Historic American Nation. That alone merits Biden’s removal from office.
