Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has ordered Pennsylvania election officials to separate mail-in ballots that arrived after Election Day, according to CBS Philadelphia.

The order came in Friday night and affirms what the state’s chief election official had previously ordered. It is also worth noting that Alito ordered this himself, not the entire body of the Supreme Court.

As of 8:45 ET Friday night, Joe Biden has pulled ahead of Donald Trump in Pennsylvania by approximately 23,000 votes.
