BREAKING: Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Orders Separation of Pennsylvania Mail-In Ballots That Arrived After Election Day
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has ordered Pennsylvania election officials to separate mail-in ballots that arrived after Election Day, according to CBS Philadelphia.
The order came in Friday night and affirms what the state’s chief election official had previously ordered. It is also worth noting that Alito ordered this himself, not the entire body of the Supreme Court.
