CHECKMATE: Trump Set to Release Ukraine Phone Transcripts as Pelosi Announces Impeachment Inquiry

President Donald Trump announced earlier today that he will release the full transcript of a phone call he had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that has dominated the fake news headlines over the past week.

The Democrats have been desperate to concoct a scandal against Trump over alleged improprieties regarding Trump strong-arming the Ukrainian President to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden. Trump is calling their bluff:

This comes as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is reportedly plotting a formal impeachment inquiry against Trump. Pelosi is expected to make the official announcement at 5pm EST. She has resisted calls for impeachment for many months now, but is finally succumbing to political pressure from the radicals in her midst.

The impetus for impeachment has renewed over this new media-created scandal. An incredible 170 House Democrats now support impeachment, and seven freshman legislators penned an op/ed today in the Washington Post arguing to impeach President Trump.

Reps. Gil Cisneros of California, Jason Crow of Colorado, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Elaine Luria of Virginia, Mikie Sherrill of New Jersey, Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, and Abigail Spanberger of Virginia claim in their op/ed that their history of working for the deep state has implored them to support impeaching President Trump.

“This flagrant disregard for the law cannot stand. To uphold and defend our Constitution, Congress must determine whether the president was indeed willing to use his power and withhold security assistance funds to persuade a foreign country to assist him in an upcoming election,” they wrote.

“We must preserve the checks and balances envisioned by the Founders and restore the trust of the American people in our government. And that is what we intend to do,” they concluded.

Former President Joe Biden is also demanding impeachment unless Trump complies with the demands of witch-hunting House Democrats.

“We have a president who believes there is no limit to his power,” Biden said. “We have a president who believes he can do anything and get away with it. We have a president who believes he is above the law.”

“The allegation that [Trump] blocked hundreds of millions of dollar in congressionally approved aid to another country unless [Ukraine’s leader] agreed to smear a political opponent is not the conduct of an American president. It’s an abuse of power,” Biden added.

While the Democrats may think they finally have nailed President Trump this time, he doesn’t seem too frightened about it. In fact, this entire fall-out has put more attention on Biden abusing his power to get a prosecutor fired in Ukraine, which may have been the President’s intention all along.

Trump may have played 4D chess yet again on the hapless Democrats who can never seem to ever get the upper hand on the Commander-in-Chief.
