Chuck Todd Admits: Kavanaugh Accusations ‘Very Unsubstantiated’
NBC News host Chuck Todd said that anonymous high-school accusations against Brett Kavanaugh are “very unsubstantiated.”
Todd spoke, of course, in his capacity as an unofficial spokesperson for the Democratic Party, warning that Kavanaugh accusations “could blow up in the face of the Democrats.” Todd also made the statements in an interview with a Southern local affiliate, and not on his network show.
Todd, known as “Sleepy Eyes” in some circles, at least acknowledged that the accusations against Kavanaugh are anonymous, come from many years ago, and were brought to the surface by an alleged letter sent to a congressperson, Ms. Eshoo, who does not want Kavanaugh to be placed on the Supreme Court.
