Creepy Porn Lawyer Steals Half Of Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke’s Donations

World-renowned huckster and creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti’s latest scam involves collecting donations on behalf of a U.S. Senate candidate and pocketing half of the proceeds.

“Lyin’ Ted Cruz is attacking me because I am supporting Beto. Help us send the liar back home to Canada (sorry Canada) – chip in for Beto now,” Avenatti said on his Twitter account, linking to an ActBlue fundraising page.

Predictably, Avenatti left out some of the details about “donating to Beto” in his Tweet.

The fine print on the ActBlue page says that the donations will be split between Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke’s campaign and Avenatti’s PAC, called The Fight PAC:

“Split a donation between between Beto and The Fight PAC now!” the page says.

Some Twitter users noticed.

“If people want to donate, they should donate DIRECTLY to Beto’s campaign donation link below. The donation link you provided splits the money between Beto and your Fight PAC and Beto doesn’t take money from PACs,” said one user in reply.

“Yes! I donated to Beto’s campaign a few days ago. Other than the ActBlue processing fee, 100% of the money I donated went DIRECTLY to Beto’s campaign. That’s how it should be!” said another user.

Big League Politics reached out to Avenatti for this report, but he did not respond.
