Democrat Dayton Shooter Photographed Wearing Satanic Patches

The first weekend of August 2019 has been filled with high profile mass shootings.

Shortly after the Walmart massacre in El Paso, Texas, another mass shooting occurred in Dayton Ohio.

WHIO reports that Connor Betts, a 24-year old of Bellbrook, was identified as the suspected shooter who killed 9 people near Ned Peppers Bar in Dayton’s Oregon District.

Law enforcement was able to neutralize him within minutes.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine offered his condolences to the victims.

“Thanks to the Dayton police department and the officers involved in ending this tragedy, DeWine said. “We’ll never know how many lives were saved.”

It remains to be seen what the fallout from this shooting will look like for Ohio.

DeWine has proposed the idea of supporting a red flag gun confiscation law to take guns away from people who are perceived to be a “threat” to others.

This kind of law is making waves across the nation, with 17 states already having it on the books.

Dayton mayor Nan Whaley also commented on this shooting, saying “I’m still just completely amazed with the heroic actions of our police department.”

She added, “If the Dayton police had not gotten to the shooter in under a minute, hundreds of people in the Oregon District would be dead today.”

The shooter allegedly used a .223 caliber rifle and was “wearing a mask or covering over his face” according to a WHIO report.

Interestingly, the shooter, Betts, is pictured wearing the satanic patch “Against All Gods,” which up until a few hours ago, could be found on the website Blackcraft Cult. The satanic apparel store has since removed the item from their store.

The other patch has not been fully identified, but some online sleuths claim it is a depiction of Baphomet, an occult deity.

The motive behind this shooting is still unclear.

Curiously, Betts is a registered Democrat who has voted in multiple elections.

Tom Pappert of BLP reported that “Betts began voting in 2012, and next voted in the Democratic Party Ohio Primary on March 15 of 2016. After voting in the 2016 General Election, Betts later voted in the 2018 Democratic Party Primary on May 8, 2018. Betts voted in a total of 7 elections, including Democratic Primaries.”

Pappert was able to uncover more information that revealed his address, polling location, and other voter information.

BLP will continue reporting on any new developments that spring up from this case.
