Democrats Accept Cash from Proponents of Forcible Sterilization

According to a Thursday report by The Federalist, and handful of Democrat candidates are accepting midterm campaign cash from a group linked to forcible sterilization.

“Population Connection is the new name of a population control organization started in the 1970s with help from ‘Population Bomb’ author Paul Ehrlich, whose now debunked theories of overwhelming human fertility destroying the planet helped fuel sterilization campaigns across the globe,” the report said. “In January, Charles Mann explained in Smithsonian Magazine how Ehrlich’s book lead to atrocious ‘family planning’ policies, typically inflicted on the world’s poorest people.”

According to the report, Wisconsin Sen. Tammy Baldwin, Montana Sen. Jon Tester, Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, and Senate candidates Scott Wallace of Pennsylvania and Rep. Jacky Rosen of Nevada have all received funds from the Population Connection Action Fund PAC, which has donated more than $60,000 to Democrats for the 2018 midterms. None of the recipients would comment, according to The Federalist.

The report describes the PAC’s ideas as “wildly anti-human.”

“Millions of people were sterilized, often coercively, sometimes illegally, frequently in unsafe conditions, in Mexico, Bolivia, Peru, Indonesia and Bangladesh,” Mann wrote, exposing Elrich’s scheme.

“Population Connection’s current website openly celebrates Ehrlich and his totalitarian ideas, compares children to ‘pollution,’ facilitates both temporary and permanent sterilization, and promotes abortion,” the report said. “It also campaigns for ‘childless families’ (an oxymoron), forcing taxpayers to fund ‘family planning’ domestically and abroad, and forcing companies to sponsor birth control through health insurance. It also tries to make life with children frustrating through influencing ‘city growth’ plans.”

The Democrats consistently embrace radically anti-human stances, including unrestricted abortion up until the moment of birth. But this group of donors is borderline genocidal – far more extreme than even the most ardent supporters of abortion.

Why would Democrats accept campaign cash from such a group?

DC Catholic Archbishop to Give Joe Biden Communion Despite Radical Pro-Abortion Views

Supporting abortion is a mortal sin.

Wilton Gregory, the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Washington DC, announced that he would not prevent Democrat Joe Biden from receiving communion at Catholic churches, regardless of the Democrat’s uncompromising support of abortion.

The kind of relationship that I hope we will have is a conversational relationship where we can discover areas where we can cooperate that reflect the social teachings of the church, knowing full well that there are some areas where we won’t agree,” Gregory said. “They are areas where the church’s position is very clear,” said the bishop, who is the first African-American cardinal in the history of the church. Gregory was speaking to the Catholic News Service on November 24th.

I hope it’s a real dialogue, because I think that’s the mantra of Pope Francis — that we should be a church in dialogue, even with those with whom we have some serious disagreements,” Gregory continued.

It’s not a matter of confusion,” said Gregory. “On my part, it’s a matter of the responsibility that I have as the archbishop to be engaged and to be in dialogue with him, even in those areas where we obviously have some differences.

Catholic clergy and laity have debated the premise of allowing pro-abortion and pro-homosexuality politicians to receive communion for years, with the issue often dividing more conservative and liberal members of the church.

Wilton Gregory was made into a Catholic cardinal this week in a ceremony in the Vatican. He’s been described as one of the most liberal senior prelates in the American church hierarchy, banning parishioners from carrying concealed weapons as Archbishop of Atlanta in 2014. He frequently assailed President Donald Trump, arguing that pro-American immigration policy deviated from the principles of the Catholic religion.
