DEVELOPING: Armed Man Arrested Outside Justice Kavanaugh’s Residence Planning Assassination
A man armed with an unknown weapon and assorted burglary tools was arrested in the vicinity of Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home at 1:50 a.m. on Wednesday, reportedly telling police that he wanted to kill Kavanaugh.
Reporting from the Washington Post suggests that the suspect was motivated by the recently leaked draft opinion indicating that the Supreme Court is set to overturn Roe v. Wade, a highly-criticized example of judicial activism that removed the constitutional authority of states to regulate abortion within their borders.
The same report states that the “recent spate of mass shootings” was also a motivation for the man’s apparent attempt at a political assassination.
Reports suggest that the suspect was confronted by police on a street near the home, never actually making it to the property of the Supreme Court justice.
He was angry about the Court's leaked ruling in Roe and the lack of gun control, and reportedly sought to kill Justice Kavanaugh in response.

Commenting on the incident, a spokeswoman for the Supreme Court stated that, “The man was armed and made threats against Justice Kavanaugh.”
The apparent assassination attempt is only one example in a trend of sustained violence and intimidation coming from the left and their Democrat allies in government. And, from using the FBI to intimidate political opponents to using rioters and criminals to advance their political ends, members of the Democratic Party have tacitly supported these kinds of tactics in a very public way.
Less than a month ago, the Biden administration’s spokesperson, then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki, was asked about tumultuous attempts at intimidation outside the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices. Psaki replied, “I know that there’s an outrage right now, I guess, about protests that have been peaceful to date.” She added, “And we certainly continue to encourage that outside of judges’ homes and that’s the president’s position.”
The president’s position and Psaki’s vocalization of it may well have been what led to the incident outside Justice Kavanaugh’s home. The refusal of the Biden administration to forcefully denounce these undemocratic attempts at terrorizing Supreme Court justices is at least a sign that he doesn’t forcefully disapprove of these tactics.
A dude with a gun was arrested near Brett Kavanaugh’s house today. So today is the day when Republicans show us they care way more about their Supreme Court pet than an 11-year-old in Texas.

How would the media act if a conservative White House press secretary publicly approved of intimidating justices while speaking for the president?
It was reported on Tuesday that a pro-life pregnancy center in Amherst, New York, was firebombed as a result of violent leftist political action. The bombing was committed by pro-abortion extremists who the president is counting on for support in the coming midterms; so, don’t expect too many press conferences on the matter.
While the left uses its powerful propaganda arm in the media to depict conservatives as violent, it is the left that has openly endorsed violent riots and intimidation tactics that have held the nation hostage, leading up to this attempted murder over a reasonable legal opinion. And this is the same left that wants to disarm law-abiding conservatives, leaving them open to attack by the violent and unhinged members of the population who they can easily excite to violence.
BREAKING: A man armed with a handgun, knife, and pepper spray was arrested by police near the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
The man told police that he was there to “kill Kavanaugh.”
Violence is the left’s tactic.
Pray for the safety of our Supreme Court.— Jenny Beth Martin (@jennybethm) June 8, 2022
