Embattled Attorney Dr. John Eastman Speaks Out About Far-Left Lawfare, Election Fraud and How to Win in 2024

Dr. John Eastman appeared in Michigan on Thursday evening to a packed room of election integrity activists and continue to correct the false media-driven narrative regarding voter fraud.

Michigan Fair Elections (MFE) hosted the event in Lansing, Mich. where roughly 150 patriots attended a gathering where Eastman addressed the lawfare he is enduring, the nature of the fight for our country, and the prospects for Republican victory in 2024.

In addition to being charged alongside President Trump for criminal election racketeering in Georgia, Dr. John Eastman was recommended for disbarment by a California Bar Judge in March for fighting back against voter fraud in the aftermath of 2020 presidential election. Eastman is among the most prominent attorneys whose reputation and livelihood are getting destroyed for representing Trump and challenging the corrupt status quo.

Eastman explained during his speech that rogue county clerks and local officials blatantly violated election law to allow a tidal wave of election fraud, with bureaucrats and courts content to look the other way. This was particularly evident in Wisconsin nursing homes which were a haven for illegal ballot harvesting, he stated.

“The English used to have a law on seditious libel. It’s one of the reasons we fought a revolutionary war. If you criticized the government, you could be prosecuted for seditious label, and if what you said was true, that was not a defense against the libel. Because the greater the truth, the greater the libel,” Eastman said, explaining how laws are now being enforced in America not to protect the truth but prevent government officials from being exposed as liars and criminals.

Eastman said he was recently indicted in Arizona despite having zero correspondence with any of the Arizona electors or on-the-ground activists. He believes these are malicious prosecutions that are being perpetrated to stifle potential opposition to election fraud.

“The point of lawfare is the process. Whether they get the conviction or not is the icing on the cake,” Eastman said, noting that the stated goal of the leftist lawfare is to scare conservative legal talent away from taking cases related to election fraud.

Eastman also encouraged conservatives to embrace absentee ballots and early voting in states like Michigan that have changed laws to allow their widespread use.

“I would like to get rid of absentee and mail-in balloting altogether. But one thing you cannot do is put your efforts into [one-day voting] when they are doing it to 30-45 days. You need to play on the battlefield, but you must play the game legally and collect as many ballots as you are lawfully able to do until we get these ridiculous laws changed,” Eastman said, adding that it’s supposed to be “election day not election baseball season.”

Eastman gave a message of hope in fighting back against overwhelming odds. He said that Americans rose to the occasion in the past and can do so again, and modern conservatives must follow in their footsteps.

“This is the fight for our time. It is a fight comparable to the fights waged by the Founding Fathers during the revolutionary era. They pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor, and some of them made those sacrifices. Our parents and grandparents fought in World War 2 to defend freedom, they are called the greatest generation. This is our time to stand up,” Eastman said.

Eastman talked about the case of Jaden Rodriguez, a 12-year-old boy who was suspended from his school for having a Gadsden Flag patch on his backpack. Eastman is representing Rodriguez after he was told by school administrators that the Gadsden Flag was a symbol supporting slavery. He believes that older conservatives must hold the guard for children like Rodriguez who have not forgotten the American heritage of liberty.

“I don’t think there is anything more honorable that I could do than to be on the front lines to defend the principles of freedom for our kids and our grandkids,” Eastman said to conclude his speech.
