WASHINGTON — California Democrat senator Kamala Harris replaced her “Dreamers Welcome Here” sign outside of her Capitol Hill office with a Spanish-language version of the same sentiment. Harris is being discussed as a presidential candidate and greatly benefits from California moving up its primary three months to March 2020.
