FATHER: I’m Running Out of Time To Save My Autistic Daughter From CPS Horror
Justin Banta, who served in the U.S. Army, appeared on The Campaign Show With Patrick Howley on Patriots Soapbox Sunday to tell his harrowing story of Child Protective Services (CPS) mistreatment and abuse. Follow Justin’s Plight.
Banta only has a few months left to save his autistic daughter from the squalid conditions she is living in under government control, before the girl is adopted. Though Banta’s daughter has pleaded with the judge to return home to her father, Banta still only gets to see her supervised for one hour per week — and the girl’s cell phone access to speak with him was taken away.
