Federal Judge Halts Enforcement of Iowa Law Prohibiting Pornographic Books and Degenerate Topics in the Classroom

On December 29, 2023, a federal judge issued a ruling that temporarily blocked the enforcement of an Iowa law that prohibits pornographic books from school libraries and band teachers from bringing up LGBTQ+ issues.

Per an Associated Press report, the law was passed at the start of 2023 by the state  legislature and Republican Governor Kim Reynolds. This law prohibits books showcasing sex acts from classrooms and school libraries. On top of that, it prevents teachers in Iowa classrooms from talking about  gender identity and sexual orientation issues with students up until the sixth grade.

Judge Stephen Locher issued the preliminary injunction halting the enforcement of the law, which was set to go into effect on January 1. The ruling blocks these two provisions of the law.

The ruling class in the US is fixated with degenerate causes such as LGBT and the promotion of raunchy content to minors. So they will go to great lengths to ensure that this kind of content continues being disseminated in the classroom.

Yes, that means overturning  legitimately passed laws at the state level.

These types of fights are crucial to say the least. They will ultimately determine if perverts and other moral reprobates will have the power to poison the minds of America’s youth. It’s up to the right to continue pressing their school boards and state legislatures to ensure that schools are free from leftist degeneracy.
