FLASHBACK: George Soros Called For NATO to Use Eastern European Soldiers as Cannon Fodder

The Russo-Ukrainian conflict has been a total meat grinder to say the least, with several reports that Ukraine has lost well over 100,000 troops in this military struggle. In effect, Ukraine has become a sacrificial lamb for the Collective West, which is enthusiastic about giving Russia a bloody nose in Ukraine.
What’s transpiring in Ukraine actually aligns with the vision of billionaire, culturally leftist oligarch George Soros.
John Cody of Remix News noted Soros published a piece in 1993 titled “Toward a New World Order: The Future of NATO” where he spelled out how the “manpower” of Eastern Europeans could be used in potential conflicts with great powers such as Russia.
Effectively, Eastern European nations, which tend to be more virile and energetic, would supply cannon fodder for the West in such struggles.
Soros believes that the West would generally not tolerate military affairs with high casualties that are incurred among its citizens. Instead, Eastern European countries can do the heavy lifting and bleeding here.
“The United States would not be called upon to act as the policeman of the world. When it acts, it would act in conjunction with others. Incidentally, the combination of manpower from Eastern Europe with the technical capabilities of NATO would greatly enhance the military potential of the Partnership because it would reduce the risk of body bags for NATO countries, which is the main constraint on their willingness to act. This is a viable alternative to the looming world disorder,” Soros outlined in the article.
In addition, Soros pushed for a “new world order” that would address the security vacuum left following the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Such a global arrangement would be highly centralized and progressive in nature.
“Therefore, the only basis for action is collective security. And that is where the problem lies. The collapse of the Soviet empire has created a collective security problem of the utmost gravity. Without a new world order, there will be disorder; that much is clear. But who will act as the world’s policeman? That is the question that needs to be answered,” Soros stated.
In the same piece, Soros urged for NATO to extend its membership privileges to Japan. He views Japan’s membership as an integral part of a “new world order.”
“Japan should be asked to join NATO. Then we would have the beginnings of an architecture for a new world order. It is based on the United States as the remaining superpower and on open society as the organizing principle. It consists of a series of alliances, the most important of which is NATO and, through NATO, the Partnership for Peace which girds the Northern Hemisphere,” he wrote in the piece.
Soros is a consummate globalist who views nation-states as antiquated entities that put massive obstacles towards the oligarch’s universalist vision. In the meantime, he’ll use nations as geopolitical playthings in his quest to transform the world into a globalist playground.
Millions of patriots will suffer throughout this process, which is why Soros must be stopped at all costs.
