Former CIA Officer Accused of Sexually Assaulting Scores Of Women Pleads Guilty to Federal Charges

On November 7, 2023, Former CIA officer Brian Jeffrey Raymond pleaded guilty to drugging and sexually assaulting at least two dozen women at multiple overseas postings in Washington. For his crimes, Raymond could end up in prison for up to 30 years.

Brian Jeffrey Raymond kept roughly 500 videos and photographs of naked, unconscious women in his possession, according to prosecutors. The images date to 2006 and span a good portion of Raymond’s career. Several of his victims were from Mexico, Peru, and other countries.

In recent months, the CIA has been mired with scores of sexual misconduct scandals that have sullied its otherwise pristine perception. The Associated Press discovered at least two-dozen women who revealed to authorities and Congress about sexual assaults, unwanted touching, and what they argue are the CIA’s efforts to muzzle them.

The CIA publicly condemned Raymond’s sexual crimes, and CIA Director William Burns in May ushered in several reforms to streamline claims, support victims. and expeditiously punish individuals involved in misconduct.

“As this case shows, we are committed to engaging with law enforcement to ensure that justice is served,” the CIA declared in a statement. “In addition, we take any allegations of sexual assault or sexual harassment extremely seriously and have taken significant steps to ensure we maintain a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for our workforce.”

Prosecutors described Raymond, who is 47 years old,  as a seasoned sexual predator who kept a detailed log of potential victims. He organized the log by the potential victims’ names, ethnic backgrounds, and notes about their physical features.

Raymond was initially arrested three years ago when he was stationed in Mexico City. In the Mexican capital, Raymond would meet women via dating apps and bring them back to his embassy-leased apartment for additional drinks. Raymond is fluent in Mandarin and Spanish.

He was discovered in 2020 after a naked woman, who Raymond met through the dating app Tinder, started screaming for help from his balcony. A concerned neighbor immediately called law enforcement to intervene in the situation. American officials went through Raymond’s electronic devices and started identifying the victims. All of the victims described experiencing some kind of memory loss during their sexual encounters with him.

Raymond ended up pleading guilty to four of 25 criminal counts which included sexual abuse, coercion, and transportation of obscene material. As part of the agreement that was announced on November 7, Raymonds faces roughly between 24 and 30 years in prison once he is finally sentenced in September.

The US government is not exactly known for producing upstanding citizens. The fact the CIA employed the likes of Raymond should tell you all you need to know about this government agency. Not only is it unconstitutional, but the CIA is a safe haven for all manner of degenerates.

It would not be hyperbolic to suggest that countless other government agencies in DC are infested with such reprobates.
