German Government Arrests Dozens of Individuals Who Allegedly Tried to Overthrow Government

Per a New York Times report, over two-dozen individuals were arrested in Germany on December 7, 2022 for an alleged attempt to overthrow the government.
Approximately 3,000 German police and Special Forces officers were involved in the operation to arrest individuals believed to be a part of a domestic terrorist organization established in late 2021, Reichsbürger [Citizens of the Reich] movement, which plotted to overthrow the current German government and establish their own state.
Per prosecutors, the group is of the view that “Germany is currently ruled by members of a so-called deep state” that needs to be deposed.
Two other individuals connected to the organization were arrested outside of Germany — one in Austria and the other in Italy. In total, 52 suspects are currently being investigated.
Of those detained, was a member of the right-wing nationalist Alternative for Germany party, a member of the German nobility and a Russian national accused of supporting the group’s plot to overthrow the German government.
According to Tyler Durden of ZeroHedge, the member from an old aristocratic family, Heinrich XIII, is alleged to have played an integral role in this plot to take down the German government.
The group allegedly planned to attack the Reichstag parliament building. Members of this group were carrying out organized arms training and were trying to recruit German security services personnel and incorporate them into their ranks. They are also accused of trying to create a shadow government which they would roll out if their plot were to come into fruition.
The group desired “to overcome the existing state order in Germany and to establish its own form of state, the outlines of which have already been worked out.”
“The members of the organization were aware that this goal can only be achieved through the use of military means and violence against state representatives. This also included commissioning killings.”
Whether or not this plot is real has yet to be determined. Regardless, things are not going well in Germany. Traditionally, Germany has been Europe’s manufacturing powerhouse and most robust economy. However, with the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian War, Germany is beginning to show that its successful post-World War II economic experiment may not be long for this world. Germany’s decisions to embrace the green energy mania, ban reliable nuclear energy, and engage in a bone-headed sanctions war against Russia have created a catastrophic energy crisis in the country that could result in an unprecedented impoverishment of its citizenry.
It’s no surprise why some people in German society feel that it’s necessary to revolt and depose their current government given the problem’s Germany is currently facing. If the German political class doesn’t reverse course and start implementing policies that benefit the German people, more potent forms of insurrectionist plots will be carried out in the near future.
Those are the dangers of not listening to the grievances of your people.
