Google Censors Putin Opposition Ahead of Election

Published

on

Google will continue its trend of doing the bidding of foreign governments and meddling in their elections, according to a new report.

“Google has taken down YouTube ads by Alexei Navalny, a critic of President Vladimir Putin, ahead of elections for regional governors in Russia,” the report said. “The videos showed Mr Navalny calling for Russians to take part in protests on 9 September against raising the retirement age.”

The latest scandal regarding the tech giant working with oppressive regimes comes on the heels of a report that the company is engaged with the Chinese government to build a censored search engine which will protect the Communist regime. To Google, cash is king. Humanity is only secondary.

“We consider all justified appeals from state bodies,” said Google in a statement. “We also require advertisers to act in accordance with the local law and our advertising policies.”

Apparently, a local law prohibits advertisements within 24 hours of an “official poll.”

But Google has inexplicably removed politically themed advertisements in different polls that did not break any laws.

“Earlier this year, it banned ads targeting voters in the Republic of Ireland’s referendum on abortion,” according to the report. “At the time, the technology giant said the move was part of an effort to safeguard the integrity of elections globally.”

It appears that Google is deciding what information to platform based on its own self-interest and political leaning.

Monday, Tucker Carlson of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” revealed a bombshell email from a Google executive, who openly admitted that the most powerful tech company in the world shilled for Hillary R. Clinton in her failed 2016 presidential bid.

Big League Politics reported:

“An email obtained exclusively by this show reveals that a senior Google employee deployed the company’s resources to increase voter turnout in ways she believed would help the Clinton campaign win in the last election,” Carlson said.

The November 9, 2016 email was sent by Eliana Murillo, the former Head of Multicultural Marketing at Google. The email was subsequently  forwarded by two Google executives, according to Carlson.

“In her email, Murillo touts Google’s multifaceted efforts to boost Hispanic turnout in the election,” Carlson said. “She knows that Latinos voted in record-breaking numbers, especially in states like Florida, Nevada, and Arizona.”

Murillo described Arizona as a “key state for us,” meaning Democrats.

“[Google] supported partners like Voto Latino to pay for rides to the polls in key states,” Carlson said. “Murillo then says that Google helped Voto Latino create ad campaigns to promote those rides. At the end of her email, Murillo makes it clear that Google was working to get Hillary Clinton elected.

Google is quickly becoming a corporate overlord with the ability to make a mockery of political institutions globally. It’s power must be reigned in before it usurps total control.

Spotify Snowflakes Threaten to Strike If ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ is Not Censored on Platform

Leftists hate free speech.

A contingent of leftist snowflakes working at Spotify are demanding that certain podcast episodes of the Joe Rogan Experience be censored to their ideological demands, or they will strike.

Last week, it was reported that Spotify was undergoing a revolt of sorts because several controversial episodes of the podcast were being published on the platform. An episode featuring Abigail Shrier, author of Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters, is particularly offensive to the left-wing snowflakes who hate freedom of speech and love mentally-ill individuals getting their genitals mutilated.

Rogan is already being forced to grovel for making accurate statements on his podcast, such as when he correctly claimed that left-wing terrorists are starting wildfires in places like Portland.

“I said something on the podcast with Douglas Murray about people getting arrested for lighting fires, and I got duped. It’s wrong,” Rogan said in an Instagram post.

Smelling blood in the water, the Spotify leftists are going for the jugular. They are threatening to strike if they cannot exert further ideological control over Rogan’s podcast. According to Digital Music News, New York-based Spotify employees are intending to strike with accompanying pro-censorship protests outside of Spotify’s Manhattan headquarters.

However, they report that Spotify brass is likely willing to stare down these entitled employees, considering the $100 million investment they put into Rogan’s podcast.

“It also appears that Spotify management — including CEO Daniel Ek — has a limited tolerance for the mutiny on deck… The reason for Ek’s pushback is somewhat obvious. Joe Rogan’s entire identity revolves around unfiltered discussion and opinion, and audiences could abandon the podcast if it becomes censored or controlled,” Digital Music News reported.

Big League Politics has reported on the controversial episodes of Rogan’s podcast that have already been censored by Spotify:

Fans of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast were mostly thrilled when the stand-up comedian and UFC announcer announced his move to Spotify, believing that this change would allow Rogan to have more creative freedom than he did previously.

However, this does not appear to be the case as Spotify has banned controversial and popular episodes now that the platform controls the podcast.

The Spotify channel for the Joe Rogan Experience does not host episodes featuring conspiracy icon Alex Jones and Bitcoin enthusiast David Seaman. Other right-wing figures interviewed by Rogan over the years – including Gavin McInnes, Stefan Molyneux, Milo Yiannopoulos, Charles C. Johnson, Owen Benjamin and Sargon of Akkad – have been scrubbed by Spotify as well.

Rogan fans are not happy at this early indicator that Spotify will likely be exerting massive control over the show’s content.

“This goes against his “we need to talk to everybody” shtick. Im not interested in listening to curated podcasts by his employer,” wrote Reddit user “Pluum” in disgust of the news.

“So disappointed, Alex did not even say anything too crazy on those episodes. I had Spotify premium prior to Rogan but I will probably quit my subscription just out of spite now, that will show them!” wrote user @Excavatetheinfo in another Reddit post.

“Not sure what your question is exactly but “He sold out” is kind of a general explanation of what’s going on,” user @Elgallo619 wrote in a comment.

“Spotify is partnered with Tencent Holdings, a Chinese company whose CEO is an active member of the Chinese Communist Party. Anything remotely anti-CCP is getting 86’d,” wrote user @dictatorphil about Spotify’s Chinese connections.

Spotify would be wise to not let these leftist staffers hold the company hostage due to their opposition of free of expression. If they capitulate, the Rogan podcast could be the next victim of the “go woke, go broke” phenomenon.
