GOP Establishment’s Hand-Picked District 2 US House Candidate in Virginia Donated to Ralph Northam in 2017

Reports are indicating that the Republican Party establishment has recruited businessman Tom Knox, who is the founder and CEO of Seniorcorp, to run the Congressional seat in District 2 for the state of Virginia in 2020.
Although he has not officially announced his campaign, an influential GOP consulting firm has snatched up many domains that indicate an upcoming Congressional run.

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) reportedly wants Knox to be the candidate to oppose Democratic Congresswoman Elaine Luria, the freshman legislator who won a narrow victory over incumbent Scott Taylor last year.
The GOP establishment wants Knox despite the fact that he donated to Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam’s campaign in 2017, helping him obtain electoral victory against his Republican opponent with his generous contribution.
Knox has a checkered history of political contributions (nearly $25,000) ranging from @RalphNortham in 2017 to @ewjacksonsr for Lt. Governor. One thing I did notice is that Knox never cut a check to @Scotttaylorva for any of his campaigns (Delegate, Lt. Governor, or Congress). pic.twitter.com/3FuaM8r1Te

Thanks in part to Knox’s donation, Northam would go on to disgrace the entire state of Virginia after his college blackface antics were initially exposed to the nation by Big League Politics:
Virginia governor Ralph Northam accepts responsibility for his racist past in a new video address released Friday night. Democrats and Republicans alike are condemning Northam after Big League Politics published a medical school yearbook photo of Northam and a friend wearing blackface and a Ku Klux Klan hood, respectively.
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) called for Northam to resign as the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus convened an emergency meeting to figure out how to handle the Northam crisis. Senator Kamala Harris of California and presidential candidate Julian Castro have both called for Northam’s resignation.
Northam said he is prepared to do “hard work” to heal the wounds he has caused, but it appears that the damage is irreversible.
Northam refused to shake the hand of his black opponent E.W. Jackson during a 2013 televised debate in the Virginia lieutenant governor’s race.
E.W. Jackson, his black opponent, said that Northam is “consistent” in his behavior, and not shaking his hand was just evidence of that. (READ: Fallout Continues From Ralph Northam’s Blackface Yearbook Photo).
“It was insulting, but, on the other hand, I thought it was consistent with the way he behaves. Because, this spot he’s been running, saying that I believe that a child born with birth defects is born that way because of their parents’ sin is just a damnable, palpable, despicable lie. I don’t believe that. I never said anything like that. And it’s that kind of dishonesty that, to me, says this is not the kind of person that needs to be holding state-wide office. Not shaking my hand really just confirmed that,” E.W. Jackson said in an interview on WMAL’s Mornings on the Mall.
Due to his financial contributions, Northam’s racist buffoonery can be considered the handiwork of the Republican establishment’s new golden boy in Virginia’s 2nd Congressional district. The GOP masters may snatch defeat from the jaws of victory yet again with their new hand-picked RINO.

115 House Republicans Sign Onto Effort to Remove Neocon Liz Cheney as GOP Chair
Cheney’s unfit to lead.

A majority of House Republicans have signed onto a letter expressing no confidence in GOP conference chair Liz Cheney, following the neoconservative Wyoming member of Congress’ vote to impeach President Donald Trump.
115 Republicans have signed onto a ‘no confidence’ letter, a strong majority of the House’s GOP caucus of 211. Ten Republicans moved to betray President Trump on the sham impeachment, which is only slated to proceed in the Senate now that Trump has left office. The Senate lacks the jurisdiction to convict a private citizen, although Democrat Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer hopes to bar the 45th President from running for federal office again.
House conservatives have more than 115 signatures on their petition aimed at removing House GOP Conference Chair Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) from her leadership position, a senior GOP aide tells me.

Cheney has since been officially censured by the Carbon County, Wyoming Republican Party, with the latter expressing their strong disapproval in Cheney’s betrayal of President Trump.
"The censure resolution passed in a unanimous vote by the 45-member central committee."

Cheney, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, now lacks the support to act in a leading capacity of the Republican Caucus. She’s already attracted a primary challenger, Wyoming State Senator Anthony Bouchard.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has declined to move against Cheney, opting to keep her in a position of leadership even after betraying the President and her party. Establishment neocons such as Cheney are hoping to move the Republican Party back to a globalist vision of ‘invade the world, invite the world,’ attempting to sweep President Donald Trump’s governing vision of “America First” under the rug.
Cheney Republicanism no longer represents a way forward in the Republican Party.
