Hispanic Man Fired From Job for Flashing ‘OK Symbol’ Says He was Just Cracking His Knuckles

The digital lynch mob fingered him as a white supremacist and ruined his life.

A Hispanic man targeted by a digital lynch mob as a white supremacist for flashing the “OK symbol” is pushing back against the left-wing insanity, claiming that he was only cracking his knuckles.

Emmanuel Cafferty was fired from his job at San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) because he allegedly flashed the “OK symbol” near a Black Lives Matter rally. A Soviet-style snitch took a picture of his hand gesture and put it on social media, which activated the mob of soulless jackals who harassed his business and got him terminated from his place of employment.

“It’s scary that you can be charged, tried and convicted on social media, without your permission, with no corroborating evidence, of any type,” Cafferty said.

Even the Twitter user who started the hate campaign against Cafferty admits that they may have jumped the gun, and never intended to get the man fired. However, this is another lesson that the left-wing mob wants you doxxed, terrorized, and unable to put food on your family’s plate if you perform any behavior, no matter how innocuous it may be, that offends their delicate sensibilities.

Cafferty hopes to clear his name and get his job back after being defamed on social media.

“I don’t know how long it’s going to take me to get over this, but to lose your dream job for playing with your fingers, that’s a hard pill to swallow,” he said.

However, SDG&E is refusing to budge and apparently will not own up to their mistake and extreme cowardice for bowing to the mob.

“We conducted a good faith and thorough investigation that included gathering relevant information and multiple interviews, and took appropriate action,” the company said in a statement to NBC 7, adding that they hold their employees “to a high standard and expect them to live up to our values every day.”

This hysteria has been fomented by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), an anti-Bill of Rights left-wing thought control group. They have released relentless propaganda telling their minions to be on the lookout for the “OK symbol” and destroy the lives of any person who flashes it.

Cafferty is far from the only man to lose his livelihood because of this witch hunt dreamed up by the enemies of civilization.

Days after the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) listed the “OK” hand gesture as a hate symbol in their database, an actor at Universal Studios Orlando was fired after it was discovered he had used the symbol in a group photo back in March.

Tiffiney and Richard Zinger, after apparently reading the ADL’s report, discovered that the symbol was used in their family’s group photo at Universal. The biracial couple promptly rushed to the media, ginned up a controversy, and got the man fired as a result.

“It’s more than the ‘OK’ sign,” Richard Zinger told USA Today. “A lot of people don’t understand what that sign means.”

“We just wanted to take them to see the minions,” Tiffiney Zinger said. “Do something special for our family and this person ruined that special warm feeling.”

What they failed to mention to the press is that one of their children is also doing the innocuous symbol in the photograph. But that didn’t stop them from initiating a witch hunt and getting the man fired anyway, while exploiting their undeserved limelight to virtue-signal about their righteousness.

“I’ve been emotionally distraught about it. I’m still pretty upset that someone felt they needed to do this to children,” Tiffiney Zinger said. “It can cause emotional stress on my child and her development.”

“I just want somebody to take responsibility for it because nobody is taking responsibility for anything,” Richard Zinger said.

“I want to cause change,” Tiffiney Zinger said. “I hope this doesn’t happen to another family again, and I pray that this doesn’t happen to another kid.”

Universal Studios Orlando, of course, jumped into action following these hysterics as America slumps further into idiocracy and madness.

Idiocracy has become a terrifying reality, and we have groups like the ADL to thank for subjecting us to this cruel, stupid paradigm.

SICK: University of Rhode Island Professor Erik Loomis Believes There’s “Nothing Wrong” With Murder of Aaron Danielson

Why is he still teaching?

A University of Rhode Island professor argued that there is “nothing wrong” with the murder of Portland conservative demonstrator Jay Danielson last month on his personal blog. Danielson, a Patriot Prayer demonstator, was murdered by “100% ANTIFA” militant Michael Reinoehl. Reinoehl admitted to the murder shortly before being killed by US Marshals, who sought to apprehend the homicide suspect when he wielded an assault rifle.

Loomis, who identifies himself as a historian on Twitter, rebutted an argument citing that Reinoehl admitted to murdering Danielson. On a blog comment, he wrote, “he killed a fascist. I see nothing wrong with it, at least from a moral perspective.

He went on to elaborate in his defense of the murder in a later blog comment.

Yes, sometimes violence is necessary, say to avoid greater physical harm, i.e. self-defense, or to defeat a literal army of fascists who are trying to kill people. But, ideologically, I think the idea that violence is good if it’s against our political enemies is a core part of fascism, and so the ideological opposition to that idea should be its opposite – that violence as a general rule is bad, unless the specific context of that situation requires a violent response.

Reinoehl laid in wait in a Portland parking lot to ambush and murder Aaron Danielson during a Patriot Prayer caravan through the city, chambering a handgun before he even approached Danielson. He was charged with second-degree murder in the killing, although his death at the hands of law enforcement serving his arrest warrant ensures he won’t face a trial for his actions.

Loomis has gone on to accost anyone who challenges his endorsement of the murder as a “fascist.”

Sick, violent leftist.
