House Democrats Vote To Legalize Unlimited Abortion And Attack The Tenth Amendment

While the last month or so has been characterized by noticeable wins when it comes to protecting the sanctity of life, it would appear that House Democrats are ready to unveil their counter-attack to re-legalize murdering babies. According to The Epoch Times, House Democrats voted on almost completely partisan lines and passed H.R. 3755, or the Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021. With the sole exception of Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas, all House Democrat votes went towards the passage of the bill that many are concerned will not only reaffirm murdering babies but also serve as a dangerous precedent against the Tenth Amendment.

The text of the bill contained the usual unfounded leftist presuppositions many have grown accustomed to. One such presupposition is that “Abortion services are essential to health care and access to those services is central to people’s ability to participate equally in the economic and social life of the United States.” and such items that count towards said equality will be the exclusive preview of our globalist rulers and their Democrat puppets.

Not to rest on their SJW laurels, the bill goes on to bring as many progressive talking points as possible to buttress their efforts to seeing developing babies as a clump of cells. Another one of the findings of the bill is that “Reproductive justice seeks to address restrictions on reproductive health, including abortion, that perpetuate systems of oppression, lack of bodily autonomy, white supremacy, and anti-Black racism. This violent legacy has manifested in policies including enslavement, rape, and experimentation on Black women; forced sterilizations; medical experimentation on low-income women’s reproductive systems; and the forcible removal of Indigenous children. Access to equitable reproductive health care, including abortion services, has always been deficient in the United States for Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC) and their families.” because surely straight While males are once again the culprits of the left’s efforts to remove the consequences of permissive lifestyle choices.

Unsurprisingly, House Democrats were rather pleased with their accomplishments. “Today’s vote has been a long time coming. Ever since Roe v. Wade recognized our right to make our own choices about our bodies, anti-choice advocates have been trying to devise new ways to make legal abortion care impossible to access,” Rep. Judy Chu (D-Calif.), the bill’s primary sponsor, told reporters outside the Capitol on Friday before the vote.

The next stage of the legal process will involve the passage of the bill in the Senate. The prospects of a clean passage through the Senate appear to be slimmer than in the Lower House due to the 50-50 split in the upper chamber, meaning that all it would take for the bill to fail is a vote against it by either Sen. Sinema of Arizona or Sen. Manchin of West Virginia. Then again, Sen Collins of Maine, who has been given an F grade by Susan B. Anthony could very well provide an upset from the other side. Only time will tell.
