ICE Admits that Aurora, Colorado Gang Members Are in the Country Illegally and Were Let Loose by the Biden regime

Earlier this month, four Venezuelan members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang who were arrested in Colorado were confirmed as illegal aliens, according to a statement made by an ICE spokesperson to Fox News.
The Venezuelan nationals were in the age ranges of 19 through 24, and they all crossed the southern border via Texas illegally in 2022 and 2023, under the Biden regime’s watch. Aurora police arrested all four of them and ice placed detainer requests on two of the Venezuela nationals.
The four Venezuelan nationals were arrested following a shooting which took place close to Nome Street Apartments, one of the apartment complexes in Aurora which armed members of the Tren de Aragua gang allegedly took over.
Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos, Nixon Jose Azuaje Perez, and Dixon Jose Azuaje Perez were arrested for their alleged connections with an attempted homicide on July 28.
Per Aurora Police, “We can now confirm that [Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos] is a documented member of Tren de Aragua (TdA). He is the brother of Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos, also known as ‘Cookie’ or ‘Galleta.”
On top of that, two other individuals, who were arrested on that same day, are suspected to be members of the same gang. The names of these individuals are Dixon Azuaje-Perez, age 20, and Nixon Azuaje-Perez, age 19. Both of them were arrested for allegedly tampering with evidence in the July 28 shooting that transpired on Nome Street.
“These two have gang ties and are suspected to be members of TdA,” the Aurora Police Department observed.
Surveillance footage from the apartment of the Romero family went viral earlier this month showing armed members of the Tren de Aragua gang busting an apartment door in Aurora wide open.
The Tren de Aragua is a transnational gang that has roughly 5,000 members operating in Venezuela, the United States and other countries. The Venezuelan gang is notorious for its drug and human trafficking.
Per ICE, Border Patrol Agents encountered 24-year-old Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos or “Cookie” at the Del Rio Sector, Texas back in October 2022. Pacheco was subsequently released and sent a notice to appear. At the moment, Pacheco was slapped with felony charges for assault with a deadly weapon, among other criminal offenses.
Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, “Cookie”’s brother, was arrested for attempted murder and other charges. Similarly, Border Patrol agents apprehended him at the Del Rio Sector, Texas in October 2022.
Nixon and Dixon Azuaje-Perez were both apprehended by Border Patrol agents at Eagle Pass, Texas on August 22, 2023. The two received notices to appear and were placed under parole in the US as they awaited their proceedings.
“Thanks to the failure of the Biden administration to secure the border, the people of Aurora and other Americans have suffered at the hands of the Tren de Aragua gang,” proclaimed Aurora City council member Danielle Jurinsky in a statement she made to Fox News.
Per figures from the House Committee on Homeland Security, Border security enforcers have made at least 7.8 million encounters with illegal alien invaders at the southwest border under the Biden regime’s watch.
The US will become a playground for all manner of criminals if its borders are not fully secured. This is just another nasty side effect of a political order that emphasizes GDP growth at all costs, while ignoring the very real unintended socio-economic consequences of importing millions of people from alien cultures.
Do Americans want safe neighborhoods and economic prosperity for their posterity? Well, they better start supporting candidates who will sponsor stringent immigration restriction measures.
