Ireland Teacher Sentenced to Prison After Refusing to Call Transgender Child by Preferred Pronouns
Evangelical Christian Enoch Burke has been imprisoned for contempt of court in Ireland after using the wrong pronouns to describe a transgender child in school.
Burke violated a court order not to teach or appear near Wilson’s Hospital School in Co Westmeath after he was fired for refusing to call a transgender child by their preferred pronoun of “they.” He refused to comply and was outspoken about the prejudice he faced for refusing to go along with LGBT insanity.
“I love my school, with its motto Res Non Verba, actions not words, but I am here today because I said I would not call a boy a girl,” Burke told the judge before being sentenced to jail.
Burke will be jailed indefinitely until he complies with the his banishment from the school that has been ordered for him by the courts for speaking the truth.
“Transgenderism is against my Christian belief. It is contrary to the scriptures, contrary to the ethos of the Church of Ireland and of my school,” he said.
“It is insanity that I will be led from this courtroom to a place of incarceration, but I will not give up my Christian beliefs,” Burke added.
“My religious beliefs are not misconduct. They are not gross misconduct. They never will be. They are dear to me. I will never deny them and never betray them, and I will never bow to an order that would require me to do so. It is just not possible for me to do that,” Burke told the court.
Big League Politics has reported on the LGBT agenda making children more anxious, mentally ill and suicidal:
“The LGBT poison is taking its toll on abused children as confused and brainwashed kids are considering suicide after being indoctrinated into that demonic lifestyle.
The Trevor Project, a LGBT advocacy organization, found that more LGBT youth are considering suicide than any time over the past three years. They found that 45 percent of LGBT youth have considered suicide over the past year, even as societal LGBT acceptance is at an all-time high.
