Kari Lake Is Ahead Of Democrat Rival Ruben Gallego In Arizona Senate Race

Arizona Republican candidate Kari Lake enjoys a three-point advantage over Democratic Congressman Ruben Gallego in the 2024 United States Senate race, per a poll by Rasmussen and The Bull Moose Project.

This poll discovered that if the elections were held in the present 45% of likely Arizona voters would pull the lever for Lake, whereas 42% would vote for Gallego. 4% stated they would not vote and an additional 8% are undecided.

Lake is a former TV journalist who barely lost the 2022 governor’s race in Arizona.

Former President Donald Trump recently endorsed Lake, and 51% of likely Republican primary voters indicated that the endorsement makes them more likely to pull the lever for Lake. 20% stated Trump’s endorsement makes them less likely to vote for Lake and 28% say the endorsement doesn’t have much of an impact

28% of voters and 22% of voters viewed border security and economy as the most important issues in the 2024 presidential election, respectively.

67% of American voters think the government is doing too little to slash illegal border crossings and migrant overstays. 69% back the deportation of immigrants who have entered the US illegally.  61% of Arizona voters are in favor of temporarily militarizing the southern border to assist Border Patrol agents and halt the flow of illegal aliens. 53% trust Republicans more to tackle border security issues. By contrast, 32% of Arizona voters trust Democrats to handle the issue.

Arizona is at the front line of the migrant crisis as a border state. Unlike the mass migration boosters who live in sheltered suburbs in the northeast, Arizonans have to face the dire consequences of mass migration on a daily basis.

If Arizona wants to remain a safe and prosperous state, it will have to restrict immigration no matter what.
