Leaked Draft Shows SCOTUS Has Voted To Strike Down Roe v. Wade
THIS JUST IN — The Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade according to a leaked initial draft majority opinion by Justice Samuel Alito.
The news, first published by Politico late Monday night, has now been met with outrage from both the left and the right. And the intensity is only increasing.

Per the report:
“The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.”
…A person familiar with the court’s deliberations said that four of the other Republican-appointed justices – Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett – had voted with Alito in the conference held among the justices after hearing oral arguments in December, and that line-up remains unchanged as of this week.”
The SCOTUS opinion has not yet been finalized and could still change. But the fact that it’s even being considered is already being touted as a major setback for reproductive rights by leftists.
Those on the right, however, are understandably infuriated by this unprecedented move. With many casting speculations and theories about who is directly responsible for this extremely sensitive infomation getting leaked to the media first.
In the words of Mike Cernovich: “Supreme Court draft opinions don’t leak. This has never happened before.”
Cernovich also went on to highlight just how much worse leaking a SCOTUS draft ruling is than January 6th was. Reminding us that “the Court was the one institution where conservatives and liberals lived in peace and trust.”
Now, according to most conservatives, the Court’s inner workings have been ultimately destroyed. Which is right on brand for the Democrat party that has been dead set on upending “traditional norms” over the past decade regardless of the consequences.

The draft opinion says that the court “reverses the Court of Appeals’ judgment” and “vacates its decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt.”
Put differently, Roe v. Wade would be effectively overturned, and states would be able to ban abortion entirely.
But what were the true intentions of the leaker? And was this move meant to pressure the justices that are in favor of overturning Roe to change their decisions?
Per Josh Hawley, “The left continues its assault on the Supreme Court with an unprecedented breach of confidentiality, clearly meant to intimidate. The Justices mustn’t give in to this attempt to corrupt the process.”
And as Blake Masters noted, “’ll bet you anything the Biden DOJ won’t look into it.”t

One thing is for certain, the future of Roe v. Wade now hangs in the balance like never before. And it’s all thanks to yet another “unprecedented” move that similars the anarchy that was seen in the wake of George Floyd’s death just 2 years ago.
Pay attention. This is all just the begining.
It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the Court, in terms of the destruction of trust among the Justices and staff. This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.
