Lunatic Alert: One-Third of Democrat Voters Believe Unhinged Conspiracy Theory That Trump Orchestrated Assassination Attempt
Since the failed assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump, a collective psychosis has engulfed large segments of the Democratic Party.
Namely, a growing number of Democratic voters believe that the assassination attempt against Trump on July 13, 2024 was staged and used for a demagogic photo op. Many believers of this unhinged theory are of the view that the wound on Trump’s ear was not caused by the gunman’s bullet and that his life was not in danger.
According to a Morning Consult poll published on July 15, one-third of registered Democrat voters believe that the Butler, Pennsylvania shooting was staged and not designed to kill Trump.
These “BlueAnon” theorists are part of a growing Democrat constituency that has completely taken leave of its senses. Per the poll, 34% of Democratic voters found it definitely or likely credible that Trump orchestrated the July 13 shooting. By contrast, 45% of Democrat voters don’t believe in this conspiracy theory.
The cold, hard, and unbearable truth is that large portions of America are turning into open air asylums where all sorts of lunatics are allowed to run loose and spout kooky theories. Even worse, these places, largely blue states, are breeding grounds for people with deranged political views and intentions to harm others.
Trump’s failed assassination attempt should remind voters on the Right that the current political dynamic is existential in nature. No longer are we dealing with mere public policy debates; we’re actually dealing with a confrontation with hostile actors who will use whatever means possible to perpetuate themselves in power.
For that reason, the Right needs to not only come out victorious in November but it must be ready to impose its will through prudential legislation that upholds the interests of the Historic American Nation. The time for debate is over. It’s time to crush the Left and its enablers.
