Maloney Launches “The Pennsylvania Chase”… Will Target 500,000 GOP Households Mail-In Ballots

On November 29, 2023, Cliff Maloney, CEO of Citizens Alliance, launched a ballot chasing program called The Pennsylvania Chase. Maloney is expected to hire door knockers to knock on 500,000 likely-Republican doors to increase turnout. The ballot chasing program comes as a response to the failed attempts of establishment Republicans to match Democrat tactics in Pennsylvania concerning mail-in ballot results.
Maloney published the following statement:
“Enough with the excuses, it’s time for action. We’re facing a major challenge in my home state of Pennsylvania and we can’t afford to sit back any longer.
Today, we’re launching The Pennsylvania Chase, a grassroots effort with a simple mission: knock on 500,000 targeted doors to chase Republican ballots.
No fancy presentations or talking points. Just putting boots on the ground, because it’s time to level up and beat the Democrats at their own game. The path to taking our country back must include turning Pennsylvania red.
As a former math teacher turned grassroots activist… I see a glaring numbers problem. Republicans only received 20% of mail-in ballots in 2022, down from 23% of mail-in ballots in 2020. A massive disadvantage. But here’s the silver lining – even with those crazy margins, we almost pulled off a win.
To win in 2024, the math shows us that we need Republicans to win 33% of mail-in ballots.

Collecting these ballots could make all the difference in the Keystone State, where elections have come down to narrow wins. A detailed look at the mail-in portion of the results is mind-boggling. Note that Republicans only received 20% of all mail-in ballots in 2022. That’s a gigantic deficit to overcome.

Maloney has publicly stated the goal of The Pennsylvania Chase is to increase Republican share of the mail-in votes from 20% to 33%. He claims the math shows that this will make Republicans competitive in the Commonwealth again.
In times of adversity, there’s always room to grow and improve. While establishment Republicans get complacent, hungry pro-liberty operatives like Cliff Maloney are leading the way by being relentless in their activism and finding unique paths to victory.
