MEDICAL APARTHEID: Christian Patriot is Denied Life-Saving Kidney Transplant Due to Refusal to Submit to COVID-19 Vaccine

A Christian mother is being denied a potentially life-saving kidney transplant due to her refusal to submit to the COVID-19 jab, Michelle Malkin has reported.
Malkin told the story of Colorado resident Leilani Lutali, a Colorado Springs executive recruiter, who was diagnosed with kidney disease. Through her bible study group, Lutali was able to find a donor in Jaimee Fougner, a health care worker who was a former triathlete and Air Force veteran.
“It was an easy decision to make,” Fougner said about her decision to be a good samaritan to her Christian sister. “Why would I not want to save my friend’s life?”
Everything was going according to plan until it was discovered by UCHealth that Lutali and Fougner had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, citing religious objections due to fetal cells used to synthesize the vaccines as well as long-term consequences.
The UCHealth donor coordinator told Fougner that the transplant “journey would come to an end” unless she submitted to the jab. Lutali reported that “told flat-out that there would be no exemptions” even though medical personnel on staff at UCHealth are granted health exemptions.
“In almost all situations, transplant recipients and living donors at UCHealth are now required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in addition to meeting other health requirements and receiving additional vaccinations,” UCHealth communications vice president Dan Weaver said to Malkin about their official policy of medical apartheid.

“A Franklin County, Ohio judge is mandating the COVID-19 vaccination for certain defendants, claiming he “just want(s) them to be safe in the community” to justify this Mengelean abuse of authority.
Common Pleas Judge Richard Frye reportedly required the COVID jab in three out of the 20 defendants he heard during the week of June 25, according to the Ohio Capital Journal.
“I think it’s a reasonable condition when we’re telling people to get employed and be out in the community,” Judge Frye said, adding that he didn’t want to “speculate” about religious or medical concerns of his mandate.
Mary Holland, president and general counsel at Children’s Health Defense, is incredibly disgusted by this news and believes it is another step toward full-blown mandatory vaccination tyranny.
“I would argue that that’s illegal,” Holland said to LifeSiteNews.
“The shots at this point are Emergency Use Authorization [EUA] only,” she continued. “They’re experimental. Federal law requires that people have the right to refuse an experimental medical product and that includes people on probation, people in incarcerated settings, people in mental health settings, it means everybody.”
