Medical Examiner: George Floyd Was High on Fentanyl During Police Encounter and Died of Heart Attack

This may invalidate the narrative being pushed by social justice activists.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has announced that George Floyd, whose death during an encounter with Minneapolis police has set off nationwide riots, had fentanyl in his system during his passing with the cause of death being a heart attack.

The medical examiner claims that Floyd suffered “a cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained by law enforcement.” In addition, the report claims that Floyd had used methamphetamine recently in addition to the fentanyl. They listed his cause of death as a homicide.

This comes shortly after the news that another medical examiner, brought onto the case by Floyd’s family attorney Benjamin Clump, determined that Floyd died from asphyxia. Forensic specialist Dr. Michael Baden determined that Floyd was dead for several minutes as he was being restrained with a knee to the back of the neck by former law enforcement officer Derek Chauvin, who is being charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter.

“The ambulance was the hearse,” Crump said at the press conference on Monday as the findings were announced.

Baden made the case that Floyd was in good health, and the asphyxia was caused solely by Chauvin’s actions. He also determined that the handcuffs and positioning of Floyd on the ground did not allow his diaphragm to function properly, which exacerbated the asphyxia.

“When he said ‘I can’t breathe,’ unfortunately, many police are under impression that if you can talk that means you’re breathing. That is not true,” he said during the news conference.

Big League Politics reported last week about the county medical examiner’s original determination that there were “no physical findings” of “traumatic asphyxia or strangulation” in George Floyd’s Death:

A medical examiner who examined the body of George Floyd, who was killed during an encounter with police earlier this month, has determined that there are “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation.”

“Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death,” the Hennepin County Medical Examiner determined in their report…

Crump is inferring a possible conspiracy between law enforcement and the medical examiner in the hopes of getting Chauvin off from his criminal charges.

“We don’t want to begin to speculate about what their narrative is,” he said, cautioning it could be something like, “You didn’t know he had a heart condition?” or, “Oh, he had asthma.”…

Even though Chauvin has been charged with manslaughter and third-degree murder, the riots are continuing. If Chauvin is somehow exonerated in the court of law by a jury of his own peers, there will certainly be more senseless destruction. Rule by violent mob is replacing the rule of law in a diverse and multicultural America.

Billionaire Mike Bloomberg Pays $16 Million in Fines of Black and Hispanic Felons to Enable Them to Vote

Bribery?

Billionaire and former New York City Mayor has raised $16 million dollars to pay off outstanding fines of Black and Hispanic felons in Florida, according to reporting from Axios on Tuesday. Florida restricts the voting rights of convicted criminals until they’ve paid off fines levied for their crimes by the criminal justice system.

It appears that Bloomberg’s fine repayment initative was only available to Black and Hispanic felons. Axios reported that to qualify for Bloomberg’s money, applicants had to have outstanding fines of less than $1,500, be already registered to vote, and to be Black or Latino.

White felons need not apply.

The program has reportedly already cleared the fines of 32,000 felons in the state, enabling them to vote in the election. It erases the punitive aspect of the court system’s fines, which were levied in the first place in order to require convicted criminals to personally make amends for their actions.

Bloomberg’s felon bailout giveaway is legally questionable, and Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz has requested that Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody investigate what he’s doing. If he’s paying felons to vote for any one specific candidate, Bloomberg is in violation of campaign finance rules and could be liable to serve jail time .

The right to vote is fundamental to our democracy and no American should be denied that right,” said a Bloomberg spokesperson when asked about the fine repayment initiative. But it doesn’t seem as if the failed Democratic primary candidate is willing to buy back the voting rights of individuals who might be less inclined to vote for Joe Biden in November.

Bloomberg already tried and failed to buy the nomination in the Democratic primary, and now he’s trying to buy the crucial swing state of Florida for Joe Biden. Corrupt oligarchs should not be allowed to abuse the political system with impunity.
