“The anti-epidemic campaign is improved to finally defuse the crisis completely,” North Korean state media, the KCNA said.
With the pandemic now over in North Korea, they are free to resume trade with South Korea and open up society again.
“Under the current trend, North Korea could announce in less than a month that its COVID crisis is over and that could be a prelude to resuming cross-border trade,” said Cheong Seong-chang, who serves as the director of the Sejong Institute’s North Korea studies center in South Korea.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is casting doubt on this news, but these days, they do not have any more credibility than the North Korean communist government.
As North Korea readies to lessen their COVID restrictions, Western countries dig in their heels and make technocracy the new normal, as Big League Politics has reported:
“The European Digital COVID-19 Certificate has been extended for another year, keeping the technocratic medical passport system in place for travel throughout the continent.
“Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen the situation evolve constantly, and so have our tools. With over 1.8 billion certificates issued, two things are clear: the epidemiological situation can change fast, and the EU Digital COVID Certificate has been a key instrument to help us through the changing tides,” European Union Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders said.
