Pentagon Elementary School System Administrator is Charged for Participating in Human Trafficking Ring

One of the Pentagon’s top administrators for a school system in the Americas region was arrested for allegedly being part of a human trafficking ring, according to original reporting conducted by the Daily Caller.
The arrest reportedly took place on Nov. 15 and the sting took place on Coweta County, Georgia. The accused predator is 64-year-old Stephen Francis Hovanic, who was arrested for suspicion of pandering.
Hovanic worked as the chief of staff for the Department of Defense Education Activity’s (DODEA) at the time of his arrest. His bio on the DODEA has since been removed as the feds attempt to do damage control.
DODEA is described “as one of only two Federally-operated school systems” that is tasked with “planning, directing, coordinating, and managing prekindergarten through 12th grade educational programs on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD)… in 8 districts located in 11 foreign countries, 7 states, Guam, and Puerto Rico,” according to its official website.

Another employee was forced to resign after buying three child sex tapes from the mothers of the victims but was also never prosecuted. Another predator lost their contract with the CIA after they were caught in a sting operation and he was not prosecuted…
These revelations will only fuel more chatter that the global elite are serial victimizers of children. That may or may not be the case, but it is clear that they do not care one bit about the well-being of children by refusing to prosecute these predators to the fullest extent of the law.”
When the military-industrial complex isn’t murdering children with hellfire missile payloads, they are grooming them for sexual abuse. The sad truth is that federal government is a magnet for all kinds of predators and serial victimizers and must be brought to heel before more innocent children are preyed upon.
