Peter Navarro Releases Comprehensive Report on 2020 Election, Concludes That Significant Irregularities Occurred and May Have Altered Outcome
Peter Navarro, an economist and White House trade adviser, released a 35-page report Thursday on the integrity—or lack thereof—of the 2020 election. It is titled “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities.”
The report, according to a press release, “provides a comprehensive, objective assessment of the fairness and integrity of the 2020 election, obtained through evidence including more than 50 lawsuits around the nation, thousands of affidavits and testimonies, published analyses, media reports and more.”

After compiling all this information, Navarro was able to conclude that “significant irregularities occurred across all six battleground states and across all six dimensions of election irregularities.”
“This finding lends credence to the claim that the election may well have been stolen from President Donald J. Trump,” the report reads.
The six dimensions of election irregularities that Navarro assesses in each swing state include outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, Equal Protection Clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies. The assessed swing states include Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
In his report Navarro distinguishes between “widespread evidence” and “some evidence” of the various election irregularities. From the data he concluded the following:
- There is widespread evidence of outright voter fraud in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and Wisconsin. There is only some evidence of outright fraud in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
- Widespread ballot mishandling occurred in five of the six swing states. Navarro did not find evidence of it in Arizona.
- Widespread contestable process fouls and violations of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th amendment occurred in all six states.
- There is only some evidence of voting machine irregularities in Wisconsin, widespread evidence in every other swing state.
- Significant statistical anomalies were found in five of six states. Navarro did not find evidence of them in Pennsylvania.
Based on this, Navarro writes that “it is irresponsible for anyone—especially the mainstream media—to claim there is ‘no evidence’ of fraud and irregularities.”
“It is possible to infer what may well have been a coordinated strategy to effectively stack the election deck against the Trump-Pence ticket,” the report reads.
Navarro also touches on the possibility of 1.5 million illegal ballots being cast in the six swing states combined. He believes there may have been at least 100,000 potentially illegal ballots cast in Nevada and Arizona, 200,000 in Wisconsin, 400,000 in Georgia, and a whopping 600,000 in Pennsylvania. There is no estimate for Michigan.
The most consistent election irregularities that occurred across all six states relate to contestable process fouls and violations of the Equal Protection Clause. These include abuses and partisan treatment of poll watchers and observers, ballots illegally cured by poll workers, and violations of mail-in and absentee ballot rules.
Navarro’s last sentence reads as follows: “If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again—with the down-ballot Senate races scheduled for January 5 in Georgia an initial test case of this looming risk.”
