POLL: Close to 80% of Voters Want American Companies to Stay Out of Politics
In a recently published Trafalgar Group/Convention of States Action poll, nearly 80% of likely American voters want American companies to stay out of politics.
The Trafalgar Group/Convention of States Action poll questioned voters about whether they would “be more or less likely to do business with a company that stayed politically neutral and tolerated viewpoints of employees and customers across the board?”
Over 78% of voters stated they would be more likely to patronize companies that aren’t involved in politics and stay away from woke cultural memes. This includes 60% of voters who indicated they would be “much more likely” to do so.
Only approximately 10% of voters stated they would be more likely to patronize companies that get involved in political causes whereas 11% stated they were unsure.
Andrew Crapuchuttes, the CEO of RedBalloon, said to John Binder of Breitbart News that the poll is resounding proof that Americans oppose companies decision to embrace woke cultural trends.
“It used to be that Hollywood was the primary promoter of leftist ideology in America,” Crapuchuttes added.
“But, the frontlines of the culture war have advanced into the workplace, and many companies believe they are the vanguard of the left and must push woke values on their employees and customers, even though most Americans disagree,” Crapuchuttes noted.
The desire to have corporations get out of politics altogether is transpartisan in nature. Close to 77% of Democrats, 82% of Republicans, and 77% of swing voters indicated that they are more likely to patronize companies that stay on the sidelines on political matters.
By contrast, only about 10% of Democrats, Republicans, and swing voters want companies to get involved in politics. There’s a clear desire among Americans for corporations to get out of politics altogether. Nationalist politicians must listen to the will of the voters and use prudent state power to lay the smack down on corporations that partake in this culturally degenerate behavior. An entities’ private status does not give it the right to behave in such a manner.
The quicker we start pedestalizing the private sector, the quicker we will be able to restore order in America.
