POLL: Majority of American Voters Believe Islamophobia is Overhyped

According to a poll by Rasmussen, 29% of likely United States voters believe the majority of Muslim Americans residing in the country receive unfair treatment owing to their religious and ethnic background. By contrast, 53% of likely voters disagree with this sentiment.

An additional 18% of voters are unsure.

In early November, the Biden regime announced “the first ever U.S. National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia” as a response to tensions emerging from the Israel-Gaza conflict.  43% of Democrat voters believe most American Muslims are treated unfairly. However, 21% of other voters are in agreement. 64% of Republican voters don’t believe most Muslim Americans are treated unfairly. 38% of Democrat voters and 63% of independent voters share the same belief.

When it comes to foreign policy, 34% of voters believe the US government is too involved in the Middle East, whereas 23% believe the US.is not involved enough in the region. 35% of voters believe that the US’s level of involvement in the Middle East is about right.

32% of white voters, 42% of black voters, and 36% of non-black  minorities believe the US is too involved in the Middle East. 26% of Whites, 35% of black voters, and 33% non-black minorities believe most Muslim Americans are treated unfairly due to their religious and ethnic background.

When it comes to income earners, voters making over $100,000 annually are more likely to view the US’s level of involvement in the Middle East as adequate.

To be sure, Islam is an alien religion that has no place in the West. In an ideal world, Muslims would be living peacefully in their homelands. The way Westerners can ensure that is by restricting immigration and ending foreign policy maneuvers that lead to mass destabilization in the Middle East.

However, for that to occur, there needs to be a nationalist takeover of DC — a tall order indeed.
